- There's a LOT of minecraft mobs. Some are really great! Others are really cringe. Let's see how EVERY mob ranks in this LeonSBU minecraft tier list video - from minecraft alpha mobs like the chicken, creeper and pig, all the way to minecraft 1.20 mobs like the sniffer and camel. Mules were rated above donkeys for their inventory mechanic when llamas weren't even considered despite being better mules? Blasphemous.
i forgot llamas have inventories 😭

so here's the thing...it's cool that they have inventories, but i've now learned that donkeys do as well. so if anything, i'd say this lowers the mule's ranking, as i was giving it points for being the 'only mob that can carry items in its inventory' which i now know is incorrect.
because this inventory mechanic isn't as unique as i thought, it's not as much of a buff for llamas and donkeys. i think i'd still put them in C tier, but a high C tier
actually, given this info, i'd probably put donkeys/mules in C tier, and llamas in B tier. their spitting mechanic is fun and goofy and i like it :)
Im still sad ocelots are pretty useless now :(

@@LeonSBUbut what’s not useless about them is that you can breed them. And they give you Xp, and that’s definitely not useless.

this is true, i'd definitely move them up a spot or two now that we have armor and regional variants 👍
@LeonSBU If it was like horse armor and wolves didn't have new varients then I'd agree 100%
It be cool if you could tame pandas and put armor on them and kinda use them like a war bear.
Mojang would never do something like this, but it would be cool.....

i wasn't including mobs that do not naturally spawn in-game - which is why there's no Giant or Illusioner on this list either :)

I got to say, phantoms are my least favourite mob, I love staying awake at night in Minecraft but it’s so annoying when I’m up high working on a build and I hear that screech behind me. I have to get down so I don’t get smacked and fall to my death. Also I’ve never once interacted with their drops because I’ve never needed/wanted to. Useless, annoying and ugly mob imo.
My favourite mob is definitely either the frog or villager.
