I am 68 years old, and just got my 9° diopter vertical misalignment down to about 1° in just 3 months! It took surgery to give me a big jump start, but realized it is possible to correct over time without surgery. The exercises are definitely helpful to restore clear vision. Keep trying. I can now see better than I could 25 years ago!

I wouldn't purchase it. It is not meant to help with amblyopia. It is to help develop better depth and peripheral.

That can range from 6 months to 6 years. It depends on the diagnosis and how your brain responds to treatment.
