- In 2006 Mr Karl Gurtner was brought to hospital following a collapse and was clinically dead for ten days. During that event he went through a near-death experience. He relates his experience in this interview.

It is quite shocking to me that the organ transplant team were hovering over Karl, like vultures, waiting to harvest his kidneys. Thank God for the nurse who cared for him throughout his illness who was able to delay this event until he came back to life. She was an Earth Angel to Karl and did indeed save his life.

@@MessagesFromAurora I'm medically trained and I can tell you they can hardly wait for someone with good organs to "pass away" there have been occasions when a little help was given( never by me though). I wasn't there on those occasions but I was told.
Yes, my sister is a medical professional too and the only one in the family who refuses to be on the organ donor register. She's referred to this too, Sue. Bit worrying.

He prob meant "brain dead" like your heart is still beating but not really any brain activity/neurological responses.
I guess he was 10 days in coma
At 10:29, it is stated that there WAS Brain Activity. He was NOT "Clinically Dead". But being dead is not a requirement for an NDE--women in childbirth have NDEs, for example.

I was struck by dead 10 days too! Perhaps it was a severe diabetic coma.

Ask yourself, what in you or about your life causes something to stir, rise, surface & attack when the name of Jesus Christ is brought up?

Why does he keep referring to that mystical place as being "Down" there?? 3 times he says "down there."
10:29 "only the Brain was showing (Life) activity". Well, then, he was NOT "Clinically Dead" for "10 Days" or even 1 Day, was he!
But that's not a problem, because you DON'T have to be "Clinically Dead" to experience an NDE (Near Death Experience)--it's not a requirement. Plenty of women, for example, have experienced NDEs during childbirth. The only potential problem that I see with this "inaccuracy--or outright Lie--is with "Veracity" (Truthfulness) and with "Accuracy" (Precision)...
Fortunately your "lie" was neither made by the person giving his story nor by the interviewer but by the nurse ....

I don't understand what it means to be "clinically dead" for ten days but registering brain activity. I assumed he meant he was in a vegetative state but I thought there is no brain activity in a vegetative state. I guess there is some brainstem activity, just no higher cortical function..
He probably meant he was in a coma for 10 days or something like that
The best I can piece together was that he was in a severe diabetic coma.

I have been enlightened but I still have a long way to go. You are the engineer of your life! 1969 I died for a bit THE LIGHT told me of my life to come that is why I had to go back in my shell [ body ] said I would be married 3 times would be a successful artist have a son Quentin and another I could name [ called him Francis ] with the 3rd woman who would divorce me in 13 years and so much more all came true. There is no hell . Hell is a lack of harmony u can have it in your shell or out of your shell! ALL IS LOVE!!!

The rush to harvest organs is due to the biology involved. That said, the moment of death is unclear and a contention point.
Thank you so much for sharing, these stories give so much hope. One thing that is confusing me here is when he said he has been clinically dead for 10 days, thats not possible. Maybe he meant so say he was in a coma for 10 days? And if it was a coma, then some people might question it if its correct to say NDE. Just my thoughts, im not trying to discredit his experience.

I don't think he remembered everything, but I can guess that they gave him a choice...the black horses meant permanent death, while the white horses meant life (as in returning back to earth). Most NDEs are given a choice before they return to their bodies if they would like to remain or go back. I think they must have explained that to him and he chose to return back, but he might only remember choosing the white horses. That is probably why the angel said it was a good choice.
I have to wonder how many people have woken up while their organs were being harvested.

Not that I don't believe him, but he says something inconsistent, or maybe it's just lost in translation. You can't be "clinically dead for 10 days with only brain activity". The brain needs blood, which comes from the heart - so his heart and brain were working, so I wouldn't call that clinically dead.
I’ve never heard anyone say down there for Heaven. Bible says up in the Heavens, etc. but he said he wasn’t sure.
I literally looked for someone else to catch that to! My wife and I caught it and it sounded off in our spirit.
I caught that too, I thought it very strange to say ‘down there’. I have watched hundreds of NDEs and NEVER heard that saying before ever

A lot of these sound like legit out-of-body experiences. This sounded like a bunch of dreams.
A lot deceased say "what are you doing here". That i dont understand, why shouldnt they know. Obvious he 's ( almost ) dead on earth so...
Maybe they asked him because they knew he wasn't dead yet, and shouldn't be there. So maybe he was just journeying there prematurely... while he was in a coma.
They are not God, maybe don’t know everything that goes on here , or anything for all we know.
