I watched this movie 100 times when i got this on Video in 1992. Love this movie. That music at the end with the freeze frame is awesome
I'm happy this had somewhat of a good ending.
I just hope, that lady, that got stabbed at the end, by that blue clothes wearing bad guy, survived her wounds.

This was the first kung fu movie I saw as a kid and it got me hooked. Though it came out in 77, I saw it in 88 or 89, I was 4/5yrs old. Right around when TMNT came out. Thanks for uploading this.

He is a superstar, he's been in so many movies. The one that Introduced me to him was "The Stranger and the Gunfighter" with Lee Van Cleff a classic. He seemed fairly young in that.

He's the good guy in Duel of The Iron Fist. Tarantino got the siren in Kil Bill from that movie. It's a serious movie too so it doesn't have the goofy ish
When Lo Lieh started out he was young and was a leading man. But as he got older he fit the stereotypical bad guy so they made him a bad guy ever since. Its a treat seeing him as a good guy.

Around the 8 min mark, you can definitely see where they got the Raiden character from for Mortal Kombat. Great movie nonetheless. I give it a 8/10. If not for too many cut scenes toward the end, I'd give it a 9/10 easily.
I agree, you can tell they struggled to make this movie. There are too many dead ends and loose starts that go nowhere. I first thought that the 2nd girl who brought medecine would turn out to be an assassin but her role is empty. The script where Loh Lieh courts her is ridiculous, he sounds like a boy on his first crush and she sounds like she can't wait to get rid of him. Another ridiculous scene is the sacrifice of the marshall's bridgade. That guy who acts like he is dying on the street forever while they're on the roof. The marshall character is the biggest disapointment. i first thought he was going to be a driving force in the movie in skills but he turns to be quite lame and his dialogs are repetitive and he has nothing else to say, one woman even tells "you never have anything else to say" !!! I bet that was improvised by his boring appearance. Loh Lieh as always is at his best as a cunning, mysterious double handed guy that usually appears midway in a movie to freshen up the plot, but here he tags along the whole story but his character quickly becomes uninteresting and his kung is average at best. Halfway through the movie you realize the director is bad and your hopes for the rest of the movie vanishes. Then that tall old guy starts to become interesting. He sounds like the nicest guy in this whole set of actors. His pleas for his son never sound evil and his aura is quite positive. In conclusion this movie greatest weakness is the director and the screenplay writer. Most likely nothing was prepared and they improvised on general ideas, especially the dialogs were put together on the spot and they should have been fired on the spot too. The costumes were quite good and the characters well made up but that cannot save a movie. 4.5 /10.

I LOVE THAT FEMALE ACTOR LADY... SHES ALL BRUTAL IN EVERY MOVIE... SHES MY FAVOURITE KUNGFU LADY!
Description spells out this movie in a nutshell. More details (briefly) include: "Hun Bing Chon" murders the Chu family. Master "Louw" (Yueh Hua) meets "Fung Fuen Mae" (Lo Lieh) after a fight and then again later in town. Governor gives Louw 30 men to get thru Green Dragon town. He brings Hun to the Inn, fights off Warlords men, then resumes occupation. Brother Fong (Sze Ma Lung) & 2 of the 4 assassins break in to the inn with a big fight. Later Louw is injured during a fight with an all in white masked intruder. Miss Chun is (Polly). Fung is the great wild card. The inn has been "modified" to deal with Hun's father & his men. A big showdown takes place with all the main stars for the finale. Hun Senior (Warlord) has an awesome staff during the weapons action. Movie title is well suited to the venue most of the film takes place. Lots of the comments say great movie !

So I’m looking for an old Kung fu movie maybe y’all can help... seeing this one reminded me of it.. there is a casino scene where he takes the loaded dice, does a king fu move and they land on his foot with his leg extended..after that he grabs the dice with his hand and grinds them up showing they were being cheated.. I’m sure the theme had to do with a student betraying his master

another classic I must say, I've watch this movie before , in fact about 6 weeks ago and I will love to watch it again that's what classic is all about you never get tired of them and you love everything about them more and more. the plot, the script, the acting, the directing and the actors and actress. you always hear about the king of kung fu, but you never hear about the queen of kung ku I really love those female fighters, I think Polly shan kuan is the queen of kung fu even though some people will say Angelia Ma.
This movie is a classic of classic and I really love the little bit of love seen and I've seen it now more than 7 times, thanks
