I'm astounded by the amount of side plots that are made up out of whole cloth, the gothic nature of chapters 5-6, and how much the original artwork understands the visual language of the show
In retrospect, its neat how the music feels more "dynamic" and spongebob is so much more expressive than employee of the month, like even the movie game gets beefed up production
I never knew there were special costumes in this game. Cool 😃! I love SpongeBob and the games always seem better than the episodes and movies. You get to know SpongeBob a lot better 🤗.
wow i used to play this game when i was a kid at the public library and i never got to play the whole game through because we could only be logged on for a certain amount of time until the account reset and id have to start the game from the very beginning so seeing the full game play is so cool to see. I never knew the game had so many side quests
Didn’t know this game had secret costumes also wish they sticked with the EOTM models for Spongebob, Patrick and Plankton which they look a little creepy with the new models while it seems the models for Squidward (I think), the little girl, the random guy at the krusty krab (which is a recolor of the twin fish) and the shopkeeper lobster (which is an edit of Larry’s model) are taken straight from EOTM

I never knew there was a "PC Port" of the movie game but it's a point and click game instead, very... interesting
battle for bikini bottom also had a alternate PC port that was nothing like the console version
Same with Lights Camera Pants. I never had the console versions as a kid, but these point and click SpongeBob games were really fun.
