I raised complaint to the tech support but they are saying that the website is not giving this feature. I said i have seen so many videos with that options. I guess they have updated the website as well as the interface on the watch and removed that feature from the watch. Idk if they’ll bring this feature in the next update. Has anyone faced the same issue?

Plz sir understand my problem last year I bought redmi 9 power for my dad, in the month of May i got a update regarding miui 12 just after updating the phone my device wasn't switching on, it took nearly 4-5 days to switch on. In those 3 days I went to mi service centres they were telling that it's not switching because there is a problem in motherboard, after one month it again switched off and didn't start for next 1 week and now again from last 10 days it's not switching on, but I'm not getting one thing my dad handles the phone with very care he doesn't through it because he knows the value of the hard earned money, my father earns the money while standing in the border(Indian army) not just by sitting in home. Plz sir don't support these brands plz it's my humble request to you. I want #justice, Jai jawan 🇮🇳 Jai kisan 🇮🇳
