All the different biologics can work and it really depends on the patient which works better. I will do a video on supplements and anti inflammatory diets soon

Hi there. Thanks for your videos. I've recently been diagnosed with this on top of my end stage osteoarthritis in my ankle. Woke up one night screaming and foot was purple and 4 times the size and have been unable to walk again and finally diagnosed after 8 months of extreme agony in the same ankle. Is it common to have both osteo and psoriatic in the one ankle joint? I can't find much info anywhere about this
I was just diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. The doctor gave me an injection of depomedrol 80mg and leflunomide 10mg. The injection is making me nauseous, and dizzy. I’m afraid to take leflunomide, the side affects look extremely scary. Thoughts? I am typically on the rare side of things.
Thank you for responding! Leflunomide caused me to urinate blood in a large amounts. I quit taking it and am only going to use steroids when it gets really bad. I am trying anti inflammatory diet. However, I have always been underweight. So calorie wise it makes it difficult.

It can be possible but very unlikely. Usually it's one or the other

Hello, how are you now ? Did the side effects still persist amd did the medications Help with the pain discomfort and mobility ?
