I know that a part of me wants to cringe at the Nightcore middle school phase most of us had, but I can’t bring myself to hate it. I think that it’s very endearing that so many young teens were able to see something in things like this.
I started watching when i believe Nightcoremelody realesed the nightcore version of "see you again". the AMV really made me curious because it told a story already. I watched the anime and even though i have never ever before watched anything even anime related (besides cartoons and stuff ofcourse) i must say that the story was so well written that it really deserves some awards. ***** this makes me think of sao. the picture at least. i'm probably wrong, but it totally reminds me of the sea of clouds when he died during the boss fight. the music makes me think of a girl who is too prideful to be desperate, but still wants love. not just any love, but the love of this one person who knows she is there. something says she is a tsundere. she wants their love, but is unable to just up and say it, instead trying to get them to show that they love her. ultimately it doesn't work like that so much in anime. but hey... tsundere's still try. its a cute and endearing trait of who they are. its not truly a sad thing, but i do feel it could be. something says there is an underlying desperation in her wanting to have this one person understand that she is afraid of being hurt, so her tsundere side wants them to show they feel the same way first, so she can reciprocate with the full knowledge she won't be hurt. i can understand that. not wanting to be hurt can make people strange. at least a tsundere has a work around besides just doing nothing and hoping for hte best. granted teh way many anime tsundere work kinda ... well it comes off as bossy rather than affectionate, but it really is.
