That’s what those little side by side desks were, to service applying for and handing out the license plates. I remember the hallways lined with a crazy long single file line of people waiting for their tags.
Looks like it just became a storage place for the waterpark, who knows maybe they'll get rid of this building too with how old and disused it looks. Crazy that you found it just by accident!
That are not real bullets. We train at that building. Schlitterbahn use to store extra stuff there when the water park was open. We train at night there. Word is that it is haunted.
Yes there's a good possibility that that could be haunted especially with that really bad accident that happened at the park that was really sad I was just reading about that
Jared, ever get down to Wichita? My home town but unsure of abandoned places there. I’ve been gone for many years. Thanks for another good video. Good luck with your channel.
Last time I was in Wichita was last March. I filmed at a huge awesome factory. There's a 24 minute video on this channel. Other than that one, I'm not sure if, or when, I'll be back. There's nothing else too extravagant that I know of around Wichita.
You were pretty close on that date on the calendar only missed it by two This would be a great place to explore but my gosh the drive and knowing my luck that door wouldn't be open anymore and after driving that far then I wouldn't be very happy but Urban exploring is like rolling the dice you never know what you're going to find I think when I used to go explore this one old abandoned hospital that sadly torn down now I think it's spoiled me but I just had gotten really lucky with that place
Since it's now demolished.. this was the old wyandotte county courthouse annex at 94th and state ave. I remember going there as a kid when my parents had to renew tags and whatnot
Sounds right; I've been in a few places where they did police/anti terrorist training. Nothing freakier than walking into a room with a 'human' target pointing a gun at you!
cool video man! also i do run an urbex channel as well and were planning on going to KS if you have any places you could let us know about that would be awesome! our channel is ( the pit crew ) also you can DM us at thepitcrewurbex on instagram! thanks by the way!
Good luck on your trip guys, but unfortunately there's been some issues with some of the locations I've been going to being leaked, so for now I'm not really up for revealing any of them. Certain spots aren't too hard to find though, and KC has tons of spots so you should still have a pretty successful trip.
Oh I got my first license plate here. Enjoying your content!

Some cool places you keep finding Jared, keep it up!
Great video, man. Hopefully you keep finding doors like that lol
Yet another awesome find and video
Thanks my man
That is a great exploring video and I love that Porta-Potty seeing to that was perfect :-)
Great find!!

I don't think they'll get rid of this one, I read up a little on it and I'm pretty sure it's on the protected list of historic places.
@@JaredCokerUrbex Oh that's interesting, well then I hope they can restore it or something.

No wonder that basement was so creepy!

Oh man I remember coming to this building with my dad as a kid. Look up the history of that land, that place is definitely haunted.
This one got torn down now several years ago unfortunately.

Yeah, and I heard that the land all around this place is being redeveloped, so they're probably gonna do something with it too.
The calendar was June 2016 and I believe that accident happened a month later. And good thinking on the portapotty concealment!
What city is this located in Jared?
I can't really say, I've been having to conceal locations a lot more lately.

Man you should have took some of that stuff home
This is demolished now
That sucks, this once was one of the cooler, more underrated spots I ever went to :(
All blanks, obviously the cops use it for training.
