I'm kinda hopeful for the Cliffheart skin since it is a collaboration with the World Wildlife Foundation. The KFC skins were almost guaranteed to not get released for global, with copyright laws per country and marketing teams outside of JP/CN being a bit more traditional.
The video is short, informative, and has a few jokes interspersed throughout (which I've always loved about your channel); has timestamps, decent pacing, and subs. Solid 8/10. Cliffheart - I'm more of a fan of her other skin as I feel its more fitting for her as a character (and the perspective, ambiance, and pose are more interesting imho). Since it's a free skin, I don't mind, but I wouldn't buy it otherwise. 6.5/10 Shaw - Shaw's skin is really cute and, compared to her E2 art, it's a much-needed improvement. No strong feelings about it, since it does feel out of place (the entire Halloween set is a miss for me), but the art is cute so... 6/10 Ethan - His skin seems like something I'd interchangeably switch with his E2 art because both are just awesome. The background detail is beautiful. The entire skin series focuses on the past of the characters involved, as far as I've seen, and this is reflected in the scene as it depicts him while he was presumably operating as part of Reunion. 7.5/10 Bagpipe - The NASCAR flag girl skin, as I call it, has a nice level of detail and, as you said, makes Bagpipe appear much closer to a part of the flagbearer duo (Myrtle and Elysium), which somehow attracts me as an idea. The skin itself is tasteful, and I feel like it builds on the topic of commercialization of sports started during the Maria Nearl event -- perhaps indicating Rhodes Island had a contract with such an organization or something. Given this is Queen I, I assume we'll get more skins in the series. Overall, 7/10 Greyy - Not a man for most festive skins and my indifference towards Greyy doesn't help. Scene is a bit cluttered and chibi isn't that interesting. 3.5/10 Silence - I never liked her other skins, but this one hits the spot. Were it a 15 or 18 OP skin, I wouldn't mind in the slightest. Tasteful, interesting composition, doesn't feel too different from her E2 art except being more relaxed; All positives in my opinion. 8/10 Whisperrain - I don't mind it too much. It's a really pretty skin, but the overwhelming amount of snow kind of dissolves focus in the scene. That it's not too different from her E0 art isn't a big issue imho, since I don't need art to be wildly different (Texas' winter messenger skin is her default for me, as it's much more chill than her other two art pieces, even taking into account the mob boss skin), but were it a paid skin I'd likely skip it. 6.5/10
How to get high score on skins: Have ponytails. Gavial gets ponytails Silence gets ponytails Shining gets ponytails Everyone gets ponytails! But hey, I will rate Shaw skin at least 8/10. The skin shows how brave our little squirrel girl is.

Greyy's skin has to be the cutest thing I've ever seen. I don't use him, I don't know what he does. I don't even know what kind of a operator he is. Hell, I sometimes even forget that he exists. But damn I need it. His smile is so adorable, it gives me pure diabetes. But jokes aside, I think the Silence's one is the winner here. Clean, minimal, classic, yet also quite cute. I'm loving it.

I was always baffled on what Silence's wing is, like is it an actual wing or just a preferred design and there's a regular arm underneath it?. In her OG design, she has the wing in her left arm but in her Raythean skin, she has none. This confuses a lot of people whether or not to draw Silence with a wing. Guess her Cambrian skin finally made it official that she definitely has a wing as her left arm. I rate that skin a 10/10.
It seems liberi able to transform their arm or part of their arm.. or just grow their feathers (they can't fly though)? That said silence is the only one showing off her wing up to now

C'mon....the whisperain skin is good. A solid 7/10 for a free skin standard. Just look at W's winter skin. That's just her without her jacket on. The background is beautiful and all but for 18 PO? Kinda felt like being cheated. Then again, the winter skin is very lore relevant(+animation changes) I guess and that's probably why its 18 PO.

I missed the Nightmare free skin, i hope it will get a re-run. I love the Cliffheart's skin among the others, purposely didn't buy the previous skin for that. I kinda regret buying Ceobe's skin. It has the same vibe as Angelina but kinda messy all over the place IMO. Chibi isn't fascinating as well, in combat. I only bought a skin for an operator that i actually raise and use. So it is another factor why i love the Cliffheart's and Nightmare skin. I don't use Silence, so I'll just take it since it is free. But not something i really want. I use Bagpipe, something i kinda hate about her skin is the fact it has enormous flag... If i could, i would opt to remove only the flag in combat.

I kinda regret buying Ceobe's skin. It has the same vibe as Angelina but kinda messy all over the place IMO. Chibi isn't fascinating as well, in combat.
