    Great video mate - good on you for talking so openly about it. I'm sure this will help people! No.1 - exercise...that is a huge one for me. It makes such a big difference. I would argue it's just as important for me mentally as it is physically.

      Thanks man! Yeah my main reason for regular exercise is far more because it makes me feel good. Physical benefits is a nice secondary

    1, 8 and 9 are good practical things, easier that number 5 or 6! Glad you are winning the battle.

      Yes I guess 1 , 8 and 9 are actionable things you can do right now. The rest are the mindset that you need to strive towards. As you say much harder to grasp straight away, but with the help of 1,8 and 9 you can get adopt them faster!
