At 9:57, the car changes lanes without any indication, which is very bad. There might not have been any traffic behind, but the indicator should still be used before changing lanes. The sound of the indicator can clearly be heard earlier, when exiting the roundabout.
Yes, bicycles needs to yield, but in reality many cyclist don't know the rules and you are right as a car driver you have to adopt your speed and keep an eye for cyclist in this type of area as its near to a shopping complex.
I think there is problem with sound and video mixing. It seems there are lots of unnecessary indicators or missing, and I think it is the video editing problem and mixing issue.
Upto 10:27, the sound of the indicator (turning left) is heard, but as you change lanes and actually exit, there is no indicator sound; it appears that the indication was not done prior to exit. As you know, this is very important.

At15:00, why did you choose to enter from left lane to go straight? The bus lane finished and you should have change the lane and enter from right lane.
I would appreciate it if we should be observing the speed in the dashboard when turning, entering and leaving roundabouts and when passing street crossings
Thats a super good suggestion. Will try to include in next roundabout video. It will take a little time though:). If you have any questions related to speed you can drop a comment specifically to that particular roundabout and the time, I will try to explain. Good luck!
True, I think there is some editing issue, sounds of indicators is not in sync at exact position. Its coming a bit later. But thanks for pointing out. Will take care in future.
1:42 Why is there a solid line, when as per rule, a turn should be made on the right lane? Wouldn’t one easily miss the solid line if winter conditions would prevail on the road and the solid line isn’t visible. 9:06 I could hear you turn on the indicator and is it a rule to turn on the indicator at this point? 11:37 Shouldn’t it be only exit rule at this point? Why did you mention right hand rule?
1:42, The solid line is there, because for a reason. It is here where traffic from the other side (the right side) joins, not exactly at the same time, but almost similar. This is why the solid line plays a more important role. You should maintain your lane until the solid line has passed and then, if necessary, change lanes with caution. In winter you have to be more careful and not to dependent on road markings because of snow. 9:06: It is not necessary to indicate since the road continues in the same direction. Some people do, others do not. 11:37 Both the right hand rule and the exit rule were mentioned. There's a big parking lot and both come into play from time to time, depending on the situation. Inside the parking lot right hand rule, when you come out then its exit rule. All good points:-)
@@Key2DL 1:42 So while turning left, the turn should be completed along the right lane of the road, if there isn’t a solid line. But in this scenario, since it’s a solid line, the left turn should be completed on the left lane of the road one is turning into?
There were no symbols to indicate first lane is bus lane , and also by default we have to finish the turning on right lane, if we have not driven on that road and faced the same situation how to handle ? Is it okay to enter the right lane and change once we see that is bus lane ? Is that allowed ?
@@Key2DL Thank you for replying and appreciate it much. So is it that, every time a vehicle is crossing / or just about to cross a pedestrian / cycle crossing, cycle path, then that vehicle doesnt have priority according to right hand rule?
@@donniephillip When there is a pedestrian crossing, you must wait. It doesn't matter where, even if the road is a priority route. Only the designated areas can be used by pedestrians. If there is a cycle path and a vehicle approaches from the right, let's say, and you are on a non priority road, then it is an exit rule for other vehicles. If there is no cycle path, you will need to wait for the right hand rule.

It's a very good question, if you look at this roundabout it has 3 exits but the exits are quite spaced. This was planned to go to the 2nd exit but geographically if you look its almost a kind of left turn. Then its better to choose the inner lane to enter the roundabout. Hi, thanks for the video. At 9.40 you have mentioned approaching major road, but I haven't seen any sign board 😕. Did I misunderstood?

The exit rule is a give way rule that comes before the right hand rule.

You have to observe symbols very carefully. If you have driven on those roads earlier, its pretty easy to figure it out.
