Thank you for this! I grew up in Ma. I went to school with the red head and I remember she had a heart murmur or some type of heart problem. That was Kennedy middle in Natick. Years later we moved to Nashua Nh and I went to school with kids who used to go to school with Jared. It absolutely broke my heart when I heard he passed in an accident on the Nashua/Hudson line and finally- I saw Pablo at the pheasant lane mall when I had my very first job at Target. I wish the red head was as nice in school as she is on the show :/
This series attracted my attention even though I was 17 and nearly done with high school. Keiko was (and still is) my favorite member of this bunch; I find her to be really cute and colorful!
I remember watching Zoom everyday after school! It was one of the only shows I watched where the cast was entirely of kids and teenagers! I wonder if PBS would ever do a reboot in these day and age!
I was thinking exactly the same thing. I mean, wondering if there will ever be a new version. Considering that I always wanted to be a film maker, I would've tried to make it happen!
Yeah it might have been shown during commercial breaks on some stations with a premiere date voiceover at the end. I don’t think it was on mine though.
I think 2:39 is an outtake from the preview for the show that aired before the first episode. In the actual version she says "ZOOM Zingers" instead of "challenges"
It would be so cool if they did a reunion show where they got all the zoomers together, and did things that were done on the show. This show was my childhood. I never saw the one from the 1970's, but the one from the 90's and 00's was the best. Bring this show back on TV
Me, too. I really missed her and Pablo. It was sad seeing Lynese and Jared leave, too. Even David, since he would have been better in season 2 than Claudio:

15:36 I can't wait to see that one again. It's the Jared solo segment I always remembered. I remember the ubbi dubbi cafe skits in general but that's the one that stuck with me.
I like that Jared narrates the last WGBH Boston logo of the season here. Because he does, he, Keiko and Lynese all got to say it twice in your videos. Keiko had it in 136 and Pablo had it the rest of the time. I wish I could remember who said it in 114. I'm thinking it was Keiko, as that seems to ring a bell the most.
BirdOfPrey12 Jared is gonna make himself throw up by doing that and I bet Keiko said "Jared please don't vomit on my sweater because if you do you are gonna get pimp slapped hard in the face!"
One fact that wasn't mentioned in this special was that Kate Taylor, the executive producer of this show, had previously worked on the second and third seasons of the PBS version of the Kidsongs TV Show (taking over for Carol Rosenstein, who quit after constantly resisting to complaints from fans who wanted to see the annoying Biggles appear in the main video series), and that either one or two of the ZOOM cast members had also previously been on that series. So in hindsight, the 1999 version of ZOOM may as well be considered the spiritual successor to the Kidsongs TV Show.
15:36 That was I believe the first Jared ubbi dubbi chef skit, where he makes a sundae. It's the one I remember the most. It wasn't in 129 since there was a Cafe ZOOM. It wasn't in 131 since that had the toast skit. It wasn't in 126, 128 or 132 since Jared had ZOOMDo segments in those episodes. It was either in 130, 133 or 127.
I remember this airing during PBS pledge drive once and I taped it but it was right after my mom had ordered the VHS for me and she was kind of angry that I taped it but somehow got over it after we received the tape and realized it had footage not shown on TV
I had a weird dream last night that I found the local version online. It had Today on ZOOM and a weird replacement stinger with a season four Kaleigh making a ZOOMDo.
+ZOOMfan1 Yeah, it was very strange! Most of Today on ZOOM was just stuff of the whole cast onset doing something odd. And in the stinger it was weird, I don't think Kaleigh said anything and they didn't really show her face until the end
I realize it’s because this aired on a Thursday and the episode that aired the next day was 420. But I think on some stations this episode aired that day, and I couldn’t remember which day it had been on my station (schedule research shows it was 420, I’m pretty sure that’s what most stations showed).
I'm trying to calculate what how many other segments are in each episode. Early episodes had about 7-8 segments whereas later ones only had about 6. Each episode had about 18 minutes of original ZOOM footage. 105: We have 5 segments and about 14 minutes. Most episodes had either 2 zingers and a game or 2 games and a zinger so there's almost definitely another one in the episode. There was also probably a ZOOMAlong in the episode, but I doubt a Cafe ZOOM. 106: There are 6 segments we know of in this one; we have 5 of them and about 12 minutes. Clearly it's a game and another zinger or game we're missing. 107: We only know of 3 segments and only have 2. However, the ZOOMSci was pretty long and the ZOOMDo sounds like it took a long time as well. There would have been a zinger and another game, and maybe a zmail or ZOOMChat. It's also quite possible the tongue rollers survey was in this one. 108: We have 7 segments and 18:38 of this episode. I'd say we've got it all! :) 109: In contrast, we have nothing about this one and know almost nothing about it, aside from that a bird feeder was made as a sci. In addition to the ineveitable zinger and 2 games, or 2 games and a zinger, I'd also guess that Jared had his first ZOOMDo here, since everyone else had ZOOMDos at this point, and Keiko made the marshmallow munchies we see on the website, as it was simple and Keiko's Cafe ZOOMs seem to be from early on. Other than that, there was probably another Zmail segment. 110: We know of 5 segments of this one and with just the 3 we have, have a good half of it. There would have almost certainly have been another zinger, and probably a ZOOMDo. Jared's it probably wasn't, as he was with Pablo in the sci, and Alisa was in the Cafe ZOOM. Lynese likely wouldn't have done it either since she had a solo segments in both the next episodes. From that my guess is Keiko did the ZOOMDo. There are two ZOOMDos I'm not sure of who did: Glamorous Glitter Eggs and Straw Weaving. Since the former involves painting, which Keiko did, and the latter involves yarn, which Lynese had a ZOOMDo that involved a lot of in 133, my guess is straw weaving was done in 110. 111: We have 7 segments and are missing the beginning, which would have been a zinger, and considering how much we have, I'm sure a very short one. 112: It seems we have 7 segments and a good 18 minutes of this one. Until I see otherwise I'm going to assume we have it all, aside from maybe a poem or something. More later!
I think the. CPTV airing is from Friday the 13th, since Christmas fell on the 25th and 104 was aired for the second time on CPTV that day, meaning 101-104 and 101 again aired the previous week, and then 102 and 103 again on Monday and Tuesday.
And I presume she didn't make a worry doll or magazine beads, Zoe didn't make glamorous glitter eggs, and straw weaving and a comic book filebox weren't done either meaning there were no ZOOMDos.
7:45 they must have changed the lines during takes cause in the final version she introduces it by saying "Here's a really cool thing to show your friends"
BirdOfPrey12 I known Snoopy all my life. I'm a huge Peanuts fan. My favorites are Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Sally, Peppermint Patty, and Marcie.
David Sukenick P-Pals are a species of P-shaped people who happen to be the mascots of children's programming on PBS from 1993-1999. In fall 1999, the P-Pals were replaced by Dot and Dash.
Some programs from 1993-1999 still kept them at the end though. At the end of my recording of 113 from December 1999 it had the P-Pals. I assume when the first two seasons were "remastered" in the 2002 this was removed.
ZOOMfan1 Hmm. You would know what you saw, I don't doubt that. But I can tell the video of it that Kris uploaded came right after the moldy soup ZOOMDo with Pablo. And according to an episode guide that was in 117, the episode with the newspaper chair, which Kris posted on the same day he posted these two other things.
OK, I know this sounds strange but I'm wondering if you actually saw 117. Remember, your schedule was a few episodes ahead by Christmas since it was airing 104 for the second time. In most places 104 hadn't aired for the first time. So it's far-fetched, but what if it accidentally aired a few more episodes that you didn't tape or taped over, you only saw 117 and didn't get it taped, and you simply believed the earthquake scene was from 136, the one you'd taped over? It's a crazy theory, but I just wanted to put it out there.
Since local stations made a Today on ZOOM for 301 I'm guessing they made one for this too. Plus they would have to make up the time for taking out the season 2 promo.
I saw that Kris recently posted a new video on his channel Showsotros, so I tried contacting him again. He hasn't updated or anything the past few days, however.
According to IMDB, Keiko attended high school during 1998-2002, making her the oldest female ZOOMer of the series. Since Pablo didn't start college until the year after Keiko graduated, she might have been the oldest of the group.
No way! I checked 109 and 130. These episodes don't have Cafe ZOOM segments. Keiko is the person who did the bird feeder segment in 109 while Bagel Faces is not in 130.
Great news! I just realized...I can go by the order KTK posted his videos in! :) Things I'm not sure of: ZOOMSci Egg Container Challenge (Alisa, Jared, Lynese and David. Either a Cafe ZOOM or a ZOOM Playhouse came after it.) Baking Soda and Vinegar Submarine (with Zoe, Pablo, Jared and Keiko) Cup Tower (with the guys and Zoe) ZOOMGames Ping Pong Circle (all but Jared and Alisa; possibly the last second as I hear what could be the first hand-clap of the ending) The Whistling Game (all ZOOMers; also the last segment of the episode, as clapping is heard at the end.) Ice Transfer (with Lynese, Alisa, David and Pablo; I think the rest were watching) Ball Lift (with all ZOOMers; before a ZOOMSci.) ZOOMZingers Sock Zinger (with Jared, Zoe and Alisa) Knot Zinger (with Pablo, Keiko and Jared; followed by what looked like Cafe ZOOM or ZOOM Playhouse) ZOOMDo Nylon Racket (with Jared, later with Pablo) String Sculpture (with Keiko) Sawdust Art (with Zoe; followed by an ad with Jared asking to write to ZOOM) Homemade Paper (with Jared) ZOOMAlong Paper Worm (with Keiko; skit with Zoe showing a map follows) ZOOMChat In 10 Years... (with Jared, Keiko, Pablo and Lynese) Competition (with Pablo, Lynese, Zoe and Alisa; followed by an ad with David asking to write to ZOOM; followed by ZOOM A Cum Laude, it appears.) ZOOMPlayhouse Trouble In Candy Kingdom (all ZOOMers; last segment, as there's clapping at the end) The Sweet Roll (with Lynese and Zoe; last segment of episode. Also, uploaded by ComeOnAndZOOM) Plus various Ubbi Dubbi skits.
+ZOOMfan1 That's awesome that you were able to record with just the push of a button. On my VHS you had to go into a setup where you put in what channel you were recording, what time you wanted to start recording and what time you wanted to end.
***** That was an advantage of a TV with built in VHS player. Of course it's to bulky compared to today's TV, and even in standard definition it still cut out parts of the side on screen.
I believe 131 had the skit with Jared as the ubbi dubbi chef making toast, as it was posted on the same day as the wink game from that episode. So 131 wouldn't have had a Cafe ZOOM, which fits, seeing as it probably already had a ZOOMDo with Alisa as well.
Here's something interesting: this schedule shows Making of ZOOM aired for an hour one day, from 4:30 to 5:30. idahoptv.org/schedules/listings.cfm?calDate=16&calMonth=3&calYear=2001&TZ=MT&thisChannel=KUID&view=FullDay&startTime=00:00:00
Maybe it was this one and the one from season 3. I think I remember that. When I was watching this I was like where's the fairy tale play but then realized it was in the season 3 one.
I believe the 6 Cafe ZOOMS of unknown location are in 109, 115, 128, 130, 132 and 133. Alisa, Keiko and Lynese wouldn't have had one in 115 so I'm going to assume Bagel Faces was in that one. Lynese also wouldn't have been in 133's.
I don't think I said that, I just know it was the end of the cycle for the week so either Thurs or Fri. I remember a few hours later our power went out. I was rewatching the season 1 intro and the power went out at Jared's intro.
113: I've determine the waterwheel was in this one; considering we the 4 segments we have totals 12 minutes, that must be everything. 114: 13 years ago last Tuesday I let my copy of this get away. I believe we know of 5 segments from it and what we have totals almost 13 minutes. Considering the sci is was probably about 4 minutes long and we're missing the opening and first few rounds of the cup game, this might actually be it. But time will tell. 115: We have and know of 6 segments, which gives us 16:08. I was pretty sure bagel faces was what remained, but Matthew Austin has since told me that baked apples (123) was Pablo's first Cafe ZOOM. So it must be a ZOOMAlong that's missing, probably with Pablo. 116: We have 7 segments, but there's still room for a little more. Maybe an ubbi dubbi skit and a poem? Again, only time will tell. 117: We have 6 segments and about 17 minutes. Maybe there's a poem, or maybe there's a ZOOMAlong or something. I'd probably say a poem though. Or could that be it? 118: We have again about 17 minutes again...could that be it? 119: This one I can say for sure we have everything from. It adds up to 20 minutes! 120: We have nothing from this one and there are only 3 segments I'm aware of. I'm sure there must have been a ZOOMDo, a zinger, and another game. Other than that, there might have been a zmail or ZOOMAlong. 121: There are only 3 segments of this one I'm aware of as well, although one is a 2-part thing. Aside from that there must have been 2 games and a zinger or 2 zingers and a game. And again, maybe a Zmail, ZOOMChat or ZOOMAlong. I don't know. 122: We only know of 4 segments from this episode and have 2. Since this episode didn't have a ZOOMDo it surely must have had a Cafe ZOOM or a ZOOMAlong; if it was the former it might have been one of Alisa's or Lynese making lemon slush (I believe Lynese had the Cafe ZOOM in the previous episode, however). And there was probably another zinger and a zmail. More to come!
And last, but definitely not least, the list of airdates for season one. The first five months I don't have data for, so I had to estimate. I'm pretty sure it's correct, however. Interesting fact: this season was last aired in it's entirety while season four was premiering, since new episodes premiered on Fridays and old ones aired on the other weekdays. So by the time the missing 29 episodes of this season were phased out completely, there were still several season 4 episodes that hadn't even premiered yet! I find this really unfair, seeing as season two was rerun in it's entirety months after season five had finished airing.
+David Sukenick I think it's partly fact that she isn't wearing overalls, which I thought were way too young looking for her. And partly because of her hair. I don't really like the style she had in the show. She looks much nicer with the style she has here, the few times she had it down, and during the reunion episode in season 2.

I wish the red head was as nice in school as she is on the show :/
Wow thats awesome, thanks for sharing your encounter with the ZOOMers. Alisa was different in real life?
This series attracted my attention even though I was 17 and nearly done with high school. Keiko was (and still is) my favorite member of this bunch; I find her to be really cute and colorful!
Oh the camera love it when Keiko messes up lol. That straw segment had me dyin!hahahaha. Yo, EVERYBODY got me rollin' lol. Bruh, I miss this sho.
Awwww childhood memories. I always wanted to be on the show when I was little..Jared was my fav😅
I love seeing Bloopers and behind the scenes of any show. Bloopers are always hilarious!
I agree!
Hahaha the bloopers are so hilarious!! Season 1 is my favorite!
I want this show to return to PBS so that new gernerations of kids can see that this is fun
It could happen in the future!
it's sad, You'll never see this much thought and dedication to children's programming again. This generation basically grew up on MEMES and Instagram
RIP Jared
27:33 I'm glad you had the version without the season 2 promo at the end.
there's a version with a season 2 promo? where?
nvm found it
Yeah it might have been shown during commercial breaks on some stations with a premiere date voiceover at the end. I don’t think it was on mine though.
You guys might be able to see the creator of Arthur at 28:08
The joke that Zoe told Jared was not necessarily a joke it was a more of a riddle.
I think 2:39 is an outtake from the preview for the show that aired before the first episode. In the actual version she says "ZOOM Zingers" instead of "challenges"
BirdOfPrey12 the same promo that was at the end of Zoom: The best of the 70s?
@@kayseecoward7571 yes.
I really hope we get more of season 1 soon. I feel like I've been waiting forever.
Yeah but I don't mind waiting. I'm used to it now.
I got used to waiting a long time ago...I'm sick of it now.
I can't believe my childhood show has been out for over 21 years already i used to watch this on pbs everyday.....
this was my favorite show growing up
The music that starts at 5:29 is classic.
It would be so cool if they did a reunion show where they got all the zoomers together, and did things that were done on the show. This show was my childhood. I never saw the one from the 1970's, but the one from the 90's and 00's was the best. Bring this show back on TV
i was 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 when they replaced lynese. will never forget it lol. great times tho
I was mad when her and Pablo left! I crushed on Pablo too
Keiko was my favorite from this season. I also remember being so mad when she wasn't in the next season.
Me, too. I really missed her and Pablo. It was sad seeing Lynese and Jared leave, too. Even David, since he would have been better in season 2 than Claudio:
Me, too. I really missed her and Pablo. It was sad seeing Lynese and Jared leave, too. Even David, since he would have been better in season 2 than Claudio.
@@harpazowatcher8841 same here, I was obsessed with Keiko because she looked the most like me
15:36 I can't wait to see that one again. It's the Jared solo segment I always remembered. I remember the ubbi dubbi cafe skits in general but that's the one that stuck with me.
I only really remember udm and maybe umw.
26:22 is from Escape From the ZOOMZone, I believe. I can't wait for you to see it, ZOOMFan1.
Isn't this the special where the girls sing "Stop" by the Spice Girls backstage lol
+Kari2025 Yes at 17:40
Eduardo
i remember that i wanted to be on a TV show when i saw this. that was my first memory of wanting to be in Film and TV.
That is SO funny that they were playing Stop because I'm obsessed with The Spice Girls and Zoom.
I like Zoe's audition outfit. Lynese's too
7:19 after she says Walk On Your Knees by John alum she laugh a little bit🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
20 years later
26:44 I can't wait for that ZOOMDo. :)
The new ZOOM needs to be a youtube series
15:38 So there was a wind skit too? We have snow, 117 had the earthquake, and there was also sun seen in these bloopers too.
#TheOriginalCast
I like that Jared narrates the last WGBH Boston logo of the season here. Because he does, he, Keiko and Lynese all got to say it twice in your videos. Keiko had it in 136 and Pablo had it the rest of the time. I wish I could remember who said it in 114. I'm thinking it was Keiko, as that seems to ring a bell the most.
BirdOfPrey12 Jared is gonna make himself throw up by doing that and I bet Keiko said "Jared please don't vomit on my sweater because if you do you are gonna get pimp slapped hard in the face!"
BullaTeairraThe Queen of Rap Briefs yuck
Adam Sukenick exactly
One fact that wasn't mentioned in this special was that Kate Taylor, the executive producer of this show, had previously worked on the second and third seasons of the PBS version of the Kidsongs TV Show (taking over for Carol Rosenstein, who quit after constantly resisting to complaints from fans who wanted to see the annoying Biggles appear in the main video series), and that either one or two of the ZOOM cast members had also previously been on that series.
So in hindsight, the 1999 version of ZOOM may as well be considered the spiritual successor to the Kidsongs TV Show.
I wish you could upload the full VHS version of this as well as Party With Zoom. I would love it!
+Ben Sherlock Me, too, but I don't think he has it.
Copies are still available on Amazon.
It costs a fortune. Plus most people don't buy videos anymore.
+David Sukenick Matthew might have it. Let me ask him.
***** I've asked him and he never responds back to me on it.
Lol @10:39 Pablo's face lol
I wonder what segment that was from.
Lolz
26:34 is from the season 1 Down Down Baby Clapping game I bet
7:44 In the Party With ZOOM clip there's no introduction. I wonder if she didn't get that part down perfectly? It would explain why it was unaired.
16 years ago today, this episode reaired, signifying season one's return after almost six months.
I remember this airing during PBS pledge drive once and I taped it but it was right after my mom had ordered the VHS for me and she was kind of angry that I taped it but somehow got over it after we received the tape and realized it had footage not shown on TV
Did anybody else kind of wonder why David was on this show? To me, he never really seemed to fit.
catloverKD I know and I can't stand Claudio.
David was fine. Claudio wasn't my favorite but he wasn't bad imo.
What the other guy said: nepotism. His mom worked for WGBH Boston.
@@birdofprey1266 David should've stayed for season 2 instead of Claudio.
That doesn’t explain how Claudio got on, though.
I love all of them like they were my friends seriously
I had a weird dream last night that I found the local version online. It had Today on ZOOM and a weird replacement stinger with a season four Kaleigh making a ZOOMDo.
LOL that is weird!
+ZOOMfan1 Yeah, it was very strange! Most of Today on ZOOM was just stuff of the whole cast onset doing something odd. And in the stinger it was weird, I don't think Kaleigh said anything and they didn't really show her face until the end
+Adam Sukenick Weird! I still hope to see the ubbi dubbi skit of Kenny bathing in a swimsuit and I think snorkeling mask someday.
I realize it’s because this aired on a Thursday and the episode that aired the next day was 420. But I think on some stations this episode aired that day, and I couldn’t remember which day it had been on my station (schedule research shows it was 420, I’m pretty sure that’s what most stations showed).
16:44 Silly Alisa… 😂😂😂
It'll be cool to see the sci at 13:19. That episode also has Jared making the germinator.
When I was little I always just beeeeeg to be on that show!!!!
Comment if you did too!
Klonoa1211 I wonder if they ever brought this back I’d actually like to be a part of the revival tbh.
7:45 that was unaired and on Party With ZOOM
109: In contrast, we have nothing about this one and know almost nothing about it, aside from that a bird feeder was made as a sci.
More later!
I rather be surprised.
Well, 109 and 112 are already found.
@Sam ng Well, 109 doesn't have any Cafe ZOOM in it, but 108 has Ubbi Dubbi Dancing Shoes with Keiko in it.

I remember watching this show when I was little they dont make shows like this anymore so sad
Jared looks almost exactly the same in the face as my cousins baby daddy. If he had a short buzz cut they'd be almost twins.
I hope Lukesams will upload the rest of Season 1.
Will you PLEASE talk to me again?
Are you Lukesams?
I think the. CPTV airing is from Friday the 13th, since Christmas fell on the 25th and 104 was aired for the second time on CPTV that day, meaning 101-104 and 101 again aired the previous week, and then 102 and 103 again on Monday and Tuesday.
9:13 I assume that wasn't in 136. If it was though 136 is in my new top 5. Either way I can't wait to see the rest of it.
Yeah they repeated a lot of activities
No she's making a silly serpent tie creature.
No it wasn't in 136
And I presume she didn't make a worry doll or magazine beads, Zoe didn't make glamorous glitter eggs, and straw weaving and a comic book filebox weren't done either meaning there were no ZOOMDos.
5:30 Is that production music?
The Z-mail song got dropped in this version.
7:45 they must have changed the lines during takes cause in the final version she introduces it by saying "Here's a really cool thing to show your friends"
Contrary to the description provided, this episode actually aired at the beginning of the season when it was recorded.
+FamilyGuyFanSince2008 But it's still the last episode of the 41 to be aired
ZOOMfan1 Yes. It aired over 8 months after the last of the 40 regular episodes aired, the day before 201 aired.
5:14 aww! Sucks we didn't get to see it.
Jared and Snoopy. Two people everyone loves. Of course people know Snoopy better but if Jared lived longer maybe he could have been better known.
And if they aired season 1 more. I can't believe they just took it off the air.
Adam Sukenick Dory will always mean more to me than Snoopy, but Snoopy is good too.
BirdOfPrey12 I known Snoopy all my life. I'm a huge Peanuts fan. My favorites are Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Sally, Peppermint Patty, and Marcie.
They're all great. I also like Woodstock cause, well, he's a bird.
BirdOfPrey12 He's my favorite after the others.
At 9:33 you can see a crew member handing Zoe her torch for the play Matthew has told us about.
27:07 I think I saw that guy in 234's stinger.
Where did the P-Pals go?
After the WGBH logo
David Sukenick P-Pals are a species of P-shaped people who happen to be the mascots of children's programming on PBS from 1993-1999. In fall 1999, the P-Pals were replaced by Dot and Dash.
TheCarlitosbug Thanks never would have known that.
TheCarlitosbug It's all coming back to me now.
Some programs from 1993-1999 still kept them at the end though. At the end of my recording of 113 from December 1999 it had the P-Pals. I assume when the first two seasons were "remastered" in the 2002 this was removed.
9:16 I guess there's a play from this season we didn't know about.
15:21-15:34 Was that the ubbi dubbi skit in 136? We're missing that one.
I still swear I saw the earthquake one on 136.
The ep had the smoothies Jared makes and I remember Alisa introducing that helicopter paper ZOOM Along before Today on ZOOM.
That's cool she introduced that ZOOMAlong as well. I'm glad it was her and not someone else though since we have one of those with her.
Since local stations made a Today on ZOOM for 301 I'm guessing they made one for this too. Plus they would have to make up the time for taking out the season 2 promo.
I don't think there was one, the time difference was the same as shorter eps on CPTV
Always great hearing from you.
But there were shorter eps on WGBY too.
Since I love snakes, I think the ZOOMDo shown at 9:13 is my favorite of Alisa's.
7:19 why is Keiko laughing?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I saw that Kris recently posted a new video on his channel Showsotros, so I tried contacting him again. He hasn't updated or anything the past few days, however.
I didn't know he was still doing stuff.
Adam Sukenick Yeah, apparently he's still around, and I hope he gets back to me soon.
aw, my childhood :(
It would be interesting to see the Today on ZOOM for this one.
RIP Jared Nathan you will be very missed He sadly passed away from his injuries after He got into a car accident He was only 21 year old when He died
6:57-8:06 Great stuff with Keiko!
I'm curious about what 26:34 is from.
Did they sing Row Row Row your Boat in ubbi dubbi in a episode or was it just a outtake?
it's on Matthew's list of segments still at large so it's at least on Party With ZOOM
***** I thought it was during an episode like they did with Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Are Sure You Sleeping in season 3.
Adam Sukenick they did, I'm pretty sure I remember it
I think I do too although it might be from this I'm thinking of.
Alisa's hair at 9:02 looks like in the play in 201
According to IMDB, Keiko attended high school during 1998-2002, making her the oldest female ZOOMer of the series. Since Pablo didn't start college until the year after Keiko graduated, she might have been the oldest of the group.
10:39 what was that from??
I've tried as hard as I can to get the word out about the rest of season 1, but it's not seeming to make any difference.
Solo segments in the missing 30 (my guess):
105: ZOOMSci - Plants (with Alisa)

132: ZOOMDo - Homemade Paper (with Jared)
132: Cafe ZOOM - Lemon Slush (with Keiko)
133: ZOOMDo - Yarn Doll (with Lynese)
No way! I checked 109 and 130. These episodes don't have Cafe ZOOM segments. Keiko is the person who did the bird feeder segment in 109 while Bagel Faces is not in 130.
Great news! I just realized...I can go by the order KTK posted his videos in! :)
Things I'm not sure of:
ZOOMSci
Egg Container Challenge (Alisa, Jared, Lynese and David. Either a Cafe ZOOM or a ZOOM Playhouse came after it.)
Baking Soda and Vinegar Submarine (with Zoe, Pablo, Jared and Keiko)
Cup Tower (with the guys and Zoe)
ZOOMGames
Ping Pong Circle (all but Jared and Alisa; possibly the last second as I hear what could be the first hand-clap of the ending)
The Whistling Game (all ZOOMers; also the last segment of the episode, as clapping is heard at the end.)
Ice Transfer (with Lynese, Alisa, David and Pablo; I think the rest were watching)
Ball Lift (with all ZOOMers; before a ZOOMSci.)
ZOOMZingers
Sock Zinger (with Jared, Zoe and Alisa)
Knot Zinger (with Pablo, Keiko and Jared; followed by what looked like Cafe ZOOM or ZOOM Playhouse)
ZOOMDo
Nylon Racket (with Jared, later with Pablo)
String Sculpture (with Keiko)
Sawdust Art (with Zoe; followed by an ad with Jared asking to write to ZOOM)
Homemade Paper (with Jared)
ZOOMAlong
Paper Worm (with Keiko; skit with Zoe showing a map follows)
ZOOMChat
In 10 Years... (with Jared, Keiko, Pablo and Lynese)
Competition (with Pablo, Lynese, Zoe and Alisa; followed by an ad with David asking to write to ZOOM; followed by ZOOM A Cum Laude, it appears.)
ZOOMPlayhouse
Trouble In Candy Kingdom (all ZOOMers; last segment, as there's clapping at the end)
The Sweet Roll (with Lynese and Zoe; last segment of episode. Also, uploaded by ComeOnAndZOOM)
Plus various Ubbi Dubbi skits.
+FamilyGuyFanSince2008 I don't think David ever spoke ubbi dubbi.
I saw the thumbnail for Ubbi Dubbi 6 and was like "yes he actually did!" but nope it was a web ad
15:38 I think that's probably what you saw in 136.
Nope
Really? I can't see there being more than 4 sketches but then again there were like 6 Jim and Judy's in season 7.
Do you know for sure? It looks like it has just Alisa, like you said the one in 136 did.
BTW, have you seen Escape From the ZOOM Zone yet? It's what the clips at 26:22 and 26:26 are from.
is there something missing between when the recording changes at 9:06?
+FamilyGuyFanSince2008 The title card "On Set" lasted a few more seconds, but no content is missing. Ktk has the version with the full title.
ZOOMfan1 I'm amazed that you got it almost to the exact second, though.
***** I queued it up to the scene and hit record.
5:30-6:12 So nice to have that music isolated!
9:17 was that an ubbi dubbi skit?
David Sukenick all the unaired stuff was released on Party With ZOOM, I think.
***** I hope to see that someday.
David Sukenick I know! It has Jared's unaired Cafe ZOOM. How the hell did they not air that and still give David and Pablo 4 cafe ZOOMs??
***** David's were nothing special.
David Sukenick That's why I can't believe they aired all of them.
That wouldn't have aired yet I don't think. It was probably the 1 hour version of this.
9:34 is from the play Matthew Austin keeps mentioning.
So if TMOZ aired on your local channel the day you got out of school before Christmas break, you said?
I don't think I said that, I just know it was the end of the cycle for the week so either Thurs or Fri. I remember a few hours later our power went out. I was rewatching the season 1 intro and the power went out at Jared's intro.
Thursday or Friday that you saw it the second time, you mean?
First
I think this is the faster version of zoom
None of those s1 ZOOM episodes are found yet.
@Sam ng Well, Head Ball Race is not in 119, it's in 121.

Are the P-Pals shown at the end of the broadcast version?
I think they were
19:51 (deep voice) I just played a stupid lumberjack. (normal voice) But I’m really smart.
In the auditions everyone but Lynese look younger. She looks older.
+David Sukenick I think it's partly fact that she isn't wearing overalls, which I thought were way too young looking for her. And partly because of her hair. I don't really like the style she had in the show. She looks much nicer with the style she has here, the few times she had it down, and during the reunion episode in season 2.
Which further convinces me that her birth date on the wiki is false.
She might have been the oldest.
