I remember being a teen and watching this in the 90s, I was always so happy to find it on tv. RUclips rules! What a luxury to be able to watch it any time 👍🏿
THIS IS THE SHOW THAT GOT ME INTO COOKING AS A LITTLE KID!!! I still remember the music, watching tons of episodes and laughing at how the female voiceover says 'butter'
WHEN I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL I USE TO GET OFF OF SCHOOL AND WATCH THIS SHOW AND TAPE THE EPISODES ON A BLANK VCR TAPE AND REWATCH IT. WONDERFUL MEMORIES
Yeah, this episode is from the 90s version of the show. But there is an 80's version as well- with several titles; like "Great Chefs: Oriental Delights" and others.
I don’t really understand the dessert. Probably very delicious but the recipe and preparation is kind of mediocre for what one is used to seeing on this show. 🤷♂️

Me too!
Love this show. I hate that it is replaced by shows of today.
Agreed!
Yeah, competition cooking shows are lame.
I love how she pronounces it Ollie-Voil. 😊
Yo that second rabbit dish looked really tasty
8:28: the chef adds olive oil to the juices from the cooked seafood. That's great cooking.
I've been trying to guess how old these progreammes are. Seeing Phil Howard makes me think early 90's. Is that right?

Double dipping chef lol.
Xtorma Gnome yep. He is in “violation “ of that double dip
Thought the same thing. Ewww he double dipped. Nasty!
That rabbit dish is superb
Made it several times. Outstanding!
The seafood dish with the touch of espelet. Et viola!
Not cooking with gas? Very unusual 😢
Nobody noticed that he just use the same spoon that he put in his mouth to scoop the sauce!
Danny Motta Lol gross!
Well its probly served to himself so ya lol
I've never eaten rabbit, I'm not even sure what to compare it to.
Similar to chicken in taste and such .
0:11; is that supposed to be chocolate ganache? lol

Agree it looked a bit sloppy compared to the level of all the great dishes from the show.
No, no, no...he double dipped that sauce. Ewwww
He licked that spoon and dipped again into that sauce. Smh
