The rawest of the raw blues players. He always gave credit to his heroes,BB,Albert,Buddy,Jimmy Hendrix,Jimmy Vaughn, and so on.He was a very humble man despite his massive talent.Another one for the ages.
The amazing part about Stevie Ray is just when you think youve seen all hes got -- he shows you more - and more. Im proud to say I got to see him live twice, ill never ever forget it.
I would say for him it was an out of body experience his soul went right into that guitar and out through those speakers And into my brain .🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯👍😜
OMG!! Stevie looking so fine up there, wow his playing was just superb. And after the solo when he started singing once again we were privileged to catch a charming, appreciative little smile, so stinking adorable. He just couldn't hide his joy at hearing his audience love his music. Then, right back to the business at hand! Classic SRV...warm, humble personality and always bringing it ! Lordy we miss you so. 💔😭. ☮️ to all
The Daytona Beach performance of "Love Struck Baby"/"Rude Mood" is a blast! SRV and Double Trouble are really kicking it. Stevie Ray is enjoying himself so much he's dancing! In his segue into "Rude Mood" he's like a rocket taking off... He blazes through that song so fast that guitar should have gone up in flames. And partners in the attempted arson were his guys in the band, who astoundedly kept up with SRV.
Every time I watch a Stevie Ray video it takes me to another place you just want to close your eyes and listen but are afraid to because you will miss something . I don’t know if you have checked out Rivera Paradise or not but if not check it out .
Cry baby cry...that guitar actually sung, screamed & begged for mercy at the golden hands of a beautiful soul 🥰 Think he wrote this one too... What a talent ....anything live is pure pleasure 😍
I honestly prefer the live at Austin city limits performance of that song. His tone was sooo dirty it was clean. Idk a sober Stevie could do so much damage
I’m proud to be one of your 1,000 gang. The next SRV should be either Leave My Girl Alone from the Austin performance, or Love Struck Baby from either The Capitol Theater or El Macombo. Both are great!!!!
Harmony, rythm, melody, singing. Music. No Autotune, no studio fake tricks, no boring fake drum, neither samplings. True musicians. Hip-hopers, rappers and pathetic pop singers, drop you f... shit and learn how to make music and sing.
@Charles Reacts, You get it and feel the vibe of Stevie Ray. People always recommend SRV playing Texas Flood behind his back and a few other of his popular songs. It's cool! Yet, like this song took you to another place. I'll share one with you that's not mentioned as much, but IMO think you'll really dig. It's (Tin Pan Alley/Dirty Pool Live In 85' Tokyo), This performance to me is thee epitome of SRV in raw form, his dynamics and feel in the moment is absolutely something you can't teach or buy. Whether you share a reaction to the song or not, just do yourself a favor and enjoy it in your own time! ++Peace & Rock n' Roll 4 Your Soul++
If you’re really and truly asking for the NEXT SRV to watch then please oh PLEASE react to Riviera Paradise live in Austin Texas” !!! It’ll have a smooth and transcendence sound.
Loved this reaction. I love watching people fall in love with SRV and his music like I have. You should definitely check out "Hideaway/Rude Mood" live from Montreux in 1982.
GOAT is correct. This song has a real "Allman Brothers" feel about it, especially the keys! Try "Whipping Post" Charles for more bands with great blues!
Okay you are allowed to do SRV today, (he is great though this song is great). 😄 Just in case you forget "Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl, nice reaction 🔥🔥 Watch out world 2 000 here he comes.
@missgmoma 😃 Yep, shout out to us, agreed. 🔥 in the words of Rick - never going to give you up, never going to let you down, Charles - ⚡ 100 percent support 💯
Out of body experience...hmm; is Stevie a conjurer? Maybe an exorcist drawing out the toxins that accumulate from terra firmas' hold on the free bird 🤔 All kidding aside, on this one his voice is a perfect compliment to his guitar work; I've liked this one since first hearing it, maybe for that reason. Your reactions to SRV need no commenting on, the looks on your face say it all. Your Tool & Rush followers await your reactions, so onward! Keep truckin'....
Hey I’m new here 👋 just subbed! I have but one request sir 🙏 please try one song from Pentatonix, their video for The Evolution of Michael Jackson please 🔥 it will blow your mind how they arrange so many songs, do them all in one take and only using their voices, no instruments 💯
@@charlesreactss I’m not taking away from Stevie by no means, just saying Jimi was a pioneer & did many of things first with substandard equipment. He was a master of his craft 🎯
@@csaunders5125 that’s very possible however I’ve seen quite a few that did reactions & they weren’t taken down. I don’t know how they pick & choose who they do that too. Of course at the end of the day it’s totally up to the owner of the channel to decide if he does or doesn’t want to try it. ☮️

SRV pours out his soul through his music so strongly you can taste it !
I knew about Stevie Ray Vaughan but never got into his music until the pandemic! I didn't know what I was missing!🔥🎸👍

He's one of the only guitarists that actually makes me emotional. Singers can do that. But very few musicians. A true artists never to be replaced.
I am with you when you say out of body experience!!!OMG!!! HE DOES SOMETHING TO ME EVERY TIME I WATCH HIM OR HEAR HIM .. HE WAS AMAZING!!!
Yes....to me as well...There isn't any other musician who can touch me so deeply with their music.
This is definitely one of my favorite but i think I love every song he's the GOAT my opinion he AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I miss this era of music. Musicians rose to top by talent, hard work, and passion. They actually sounded better live than in a studio.
