Same. Hell, back in 2018 with the Georgia heartbeat bill, I came across 2 instagram posts--1 picture of a white yoga teacher with her 2 beautiful toddlers, underneath making a case in her caption for abortion and how critically important is for women to have that "right"; another picture of a chick posting her maternity shot (full preggers), proclaiming proudly :"fuck the abortion ban in Georgia" (or something to that effect)--going on to wax poetic about how giving birth and producing her child simply solidified her belief that her child "is a choice", "her private choice" and something about how now more than ever she's pro-choice and pro-abortion...to this day, I'm still haunted by those 2 women's posts, and feel some disturbed type of way every time this abortion issue comes up. F*ck....🙄🤦‍♀ The knowledge that there are women, probably a lot, who think like that, who EXIST like that...I can't wrap my head around it. These are MOTHERS, for f*ck's sake! I don't have kids, I ultimately think abortion should remain legal, but....daaaamn, I can't fathom the idea of ferociously fighting for the allowance of a violent act involving babies, while using the fact that you have your own babies as a reasoning crutch to promote your belief. That's totally f*cked up. ugh.

Any voter who cares about allowing abortion would already have decided to vote Democrat. This isn't going to change any minds. No Trump supporting woman is suddenly going to switch parties now.

I have 2 young children so i may be biased now, but even before i had kids i never really understood the lefts obsession with abortion...there are a lot of things that can be done before the woman is pregnant to prevent unwanted pregnancies...like making sure everyone fully understands how reproduction works...maybe being irresponsible should come with consequences again...

As a Californian, I propose to push not only states rights, but county or district rights, if that gives any of us anti-marxists that still live in this state, a chance to ban abortion for good.

Well said Razorfist. The reason why we have been losing is because our side keeps getting outspent 30-1 in terms of campaign efforts and media coverage. We need to stay in politics and work to reduce that ratio because when people hear our message it absolutely changes their minds.

The defeat of Roe v Wade transformed the abortion battle from a kaiju-sized leviathan to a mere cyclopean behemoth. Of the battle could be further moved to local municipalities, then we would only be fighting a series of Phillistine giants, who could conceivably be taken down with a few well-placed rocks...

As a Catholic, I honestly never cared much for the abortion debate, even though I find the practice abhorrent. However, I can;'t lie every time I see a state ban or the Rowe v Wade overturn, I just find it funny, the outrage reactions are just comedy gold to me now! "Now I have to drive/take a train 3-4 hours out of state to abort my kid? They must hate women!!!" How often are you aborting where this is anything but a minor inconvenience?
Personally, I think abortion should be legal, but everyone who has one should be branded, even with a basic slag tag, so I know who to write-off after the first date.

I don't get certain people. They say they'll leave the choice up to you and then complain when you make a choice they wouldn't make.
If Arizona is deeply conservative, then let them be. If you dont like it, move to the state where the values match your own. That's the point of allowing states to self-determine; It creates plurality

I think that "abortion is the biggest concern amongst women " is more of a dem ploy to get the Right to back off from the abortion issue than it is to rally women to the Left. I agree that it's a state issue.
