Nothing impressed me more than during the Cuba game, where they were down big early, the crowd was still in it, chanting, cheering, not leaving
The cheerleaders also mentioned “They are just a team, but we are a country here”. That’s inspiring.
Reminds me a lot of football (soccer) supporter groups, just constant singing and jumping.
Perhaps it's just wildly differing baseball 'culture', (cmiiw) I think in America it's a 'pastime', chill, enjoy the day out kind of vibes while in Taiwan (and also Korea) it's an entirely different vibe.

This crowd was unlike any baseball crowd I've heard in a while with the exception of playoffs. Amazing atmosphere
NPB and KBO have great atmospheres as well. And also to mention Japanese Highschool baseball crowds too.
better than most playoff atmospheres tbh
NPB and KBO matches are also amazing. Watch any of the japan matches this wbc since theyre all gonna be in tokyo. Honestly wish the finals were in japan, taiwan, or korea, the crowds would be so much better even if their home teams arent there. They just love good matches

Team Taiwan was the best team and country in WBC. I'm Korean, and I was even more moved by watching Taiwanese baseball. They showed a much better and fun game than our country. They showed a really good game, The players and the cheering squad all worked hard 😢

The South Korean team is the strongest. They didn't give up when they met the Japanese team, and they won several times.
The mentality of the Taiwan team is not good. If they are ahead, they will be negligent, and if they are behind, they will give up.
It is a miracle when a reversal wins, and Taiwanese fans know it.
The Taiwan team relies on the record of U12 and U18 to have their current status.
It sucks they got eliminated. Their fans are amazing!

I am from Singapore. Managed to watch the Holland and Cuba games.
The atmosphere is so good, even I watched it at home. I can imagine it is even more electrifying if watching live in the stadium.
Well Done Team Taiwan, you certainly be proud of what you have achieved.

As a Taiwanese, I can proudly said that we got the best sport atmosphere. Just like the football vibe in Europe. The crouds are always energetic. Even we're down big. The fans still chanting for the team. I'm really happy that people around the world could see how great our baseball fans are. So proud of our team and our country.

I was deeply touched when people were chanting TEAM TAIWAN at 4:03 We will never give up even if we are bullied by China to be named the ridiculous name "Chinese Taipei", which obviously cannot represent our country Taiwan at all. I'm a Taiwanese baseball fan. I have to say I am very proud of my team, my hometown stadium. By the way, I need to appreciate WBC again. In 2013, I only saw one matchup Taiwan vs Australia. Ten years later, I see four games and lots of MLB players and Hall of Famers.
I hope baseball fans in the rest of the world will love Taiwanese cheer leading style forever.

With how the pools and tie breakers were set up, they have to requalify in 2026. Meanwhile another team like Czechia (zero disrespect, love their story too) could go 1-3 and stay in the tournament. Taiwan shouldn't have a problem qualifying again but it really do be like that sometimes.

The most carzy fans in Taiwan are in
Taoyuan. The Monkey won three in a row twice(2012~2015,2017~2019). It's famous by their No.10 (fans ). You can check Lamigo Monkey(change to Rakuten Monkey in 2020). There's a lot video about Lamigo in RUclips. Truth me , you'll change your mind.
