100% agree... but really I just think its funny. Missing Pummel and screwing up oppeners isnt' the same as "paladin forgets to press buff button once every 30m" Funny stuff though.
@pallytime2156 well two wrongs don't make a right but that would be the equivalent of a warrior forgetting to put taunt on his bar... pummel isn't nearly as consequential, plus not to mention, I doubt that guy was recording himself playing and complaining about his group mates being dog shit while not even playing right lmao
you spend a lot of time complaining about what everyone else is doing like complaining about warrior not pummeling meanwhile you were trying to tank without Righteous fury for like 19min
This is not how you tank on a pally with two mages in a group. You gather as much mobs as humanly possible every single pull and then kite them maintaining aggro with concecration while letting mages do their thing. Five mobs at a time is pathetic for this group setup. Go better watch holyfrog videos, he has one on scarlet tanking.
I know. But these mobs heal... stun... stun heal... are a bit few and far between. And the mages arn't that "skilled" IMO. You can see at the end of the dungeons we do a 8 melee mob pull... like 2 of them and it goes suss. If you have 2 good mages then you cand do that yes. Paladin +4 Mages is a great dungeon tank group. The other issue here is that I am a Stam/Spirt Paladin Not a Stam/Int paladin. So this play style is more go go go... then it is about gathering big packs.
@@pallytime2156It takes time for a group to feel their boundaries for sure and I didn't take in consideration your stam/spirit gear. What i'm saying is that paladin tank is capable of much much more. Regarding stuns and such, it doesn't really matter. Use Torch of Holy Flame (quest reward) and grenades (you can save them for a snap threat) combining with DS or BoP + potion of speed if you're real chad for pull, then LoS and outdamage any mob activity with your pumper buddies. P.S. I should've started my comment with "with all due respect". I'm literally feeling blessed with your response. I've learned a lot from you, looking forward for your TBC insights on paladin
Tips for mages: start with Blizzard rank 1, then only when you finished channeling your first Blizzard you can start using max rank. (and don't use Arcane Explo that's asking for troubles)
5.00 min in: Am i missing any bufs up here....hmmmm not really...weird. 😅whahaha inly the most important one for tanking whahaha😂 Goodjob explaining us nobies how to tank dungeons 🤣🤣
I Agree as a paladin and warrior tank since 2006 .., this tank needs to learn how to be a tank in general like clicking on abilities is bad and the way he has his bars set up..1,2, middle mouse, 7,4,T,5... thats just a bad way to play.. you need to keep it simple 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, etc.. and use Q, Shift-Q, , Shift-E, R, Shift-R, C, Shift-C, V, Shift-V. and get yourself a 12 button mouse that way your its easy to use 1 to 12 plus Shift-1 to Shift-12. your tanking skills will then jump up to godlike tanking no more clicking abilities with your mouse and its all muscle memory then you will not forget to press your RF or how you clicked on the mage then tried to click on your BOP with your mouse.... clicking on a target is fine but never for abilities.
Not really, paladins have a great time tanking dungeons, we're clearing them a lot faster. Raids a bit different, but in fact the only problem protection paladins face being MT is the lack of raw damage warrior tanks provide. Not having taunt is a bummer, but you have HoJ and BoP to make it safe for your group
@@LC-zk5ri Priest makes no sense. Paladin can do HUGE pulls with Bubble and BoP... Lock and 4 mages use to be good do to pulls with Eye of Killrog. But in classic you get to dungeon with what you got. Especially as a non-mage class.
righteous fury would have helped
Thought I was trippin
Download the weak aura
@@Yahurr In SoD its Perminate... Rip.
Pro tanking palies usually use righteous fury. Oh well I guess even the most sweatiest one make mistakes 😅
Saying most low level players suck while struggling to tank half the video with no RF is crazy work my guy

I'm so annoyed when I witness a death because I'm so used to watching hardcore
I miss the days of marking and everyone attacking same target while ccing the others... guess l'm getting old😂
Come play HC 😁

he always has the worst attitude/mechanics imaginable but you come here to get the information not to watch him be likable/play

This is genuinely painful to watch. As a pally who has main tanked bwl I don’t even know where to start

at level 40, is it generally better to pick up holy shield 0/31/0 or stick to a 11/x/x spec for dungeon tanking?
I am pretty sure 11 in holy is mandatory for consecration.
stick to consecration. consider that for any paladin build that wants to even remotely pretend to tank, the 11/x/x is mandatory.
Good morning! Do you know if it's possible to play on Turtle using an Xbox Controller?
no idea
Classic is so rough for pally tanking, hell for anything beyond warrior tanking.
