How interesting about the magnesium, one of my daughters suffers quite badly with social anxiety and panic attacks (currently seeing a phycologist but thats due to come to the end) She has a rubbish diet, foods make her gag so its highly likely not getting the right vitamins etc. She does take a multivit but i never thought of giving her magnesium. We will give it a shot too i think.
Aww wish my hubby had job way some days off like Kev as your right being stuck in 24/7 is taking its toll now on me but as long as my sons happy now with being at home main thing . I’m lol that’s what our car does like that phone hola then asks have u lifted your phone bag and purse lol 😅
The only downside is that he only gets every other weekend off. It works out well though now we are home educating as he gets to be involved and I get to have some time out. X
@@lifeofthebaldwinshopefully after Xmas mines can have weekends off he’s a painter n decorator so this time of year need money for the fat man lol 😂. I’ve not long started home ed 5th week in so looking now for groups etc . My sons on melatonin but my wee granddaughter uses the spray from lush and honestly she’s out way it I tried it one night and what a sleep I got just think it’s trying n error with everything ain’t it . Hi kayleighi think i would of laughed as well in what sienna said .my granddaughter is 28 and when she was 3 we took her town and in the market she saw the local tramp he stunk to high heaven and she said in a loud whisper he stink dowsnt he have a bath then she saw a man with a turban on and she said in a loud whisper everone could hear oh look at that man with thebig bandags on his hsad he must of hurt his head my 2 granddaughter shes 25 and passed her driving test the second time as she made a sillymastake first time she took me out for tea sunday in her car and mylast grandchild our josh was 20 march gone hes 21 next march i dont know where hime has gone me and his dad my son were talking about how josh tried to climb up the living room door to open it poor josh kept sliding down the door love fran xxxx❤❤❤❤❤

We use novomins magnesium and I even take it myself. We use few there other vitamins too x
