Hello , In order to avoid changing duration you need to go to the project before assigning resource and in resource setting , uptick Drive activity be default

Dear Sir I had a problem in Primavera P6, the problem is Performance % Complete and Schedule % Complete, can not roll up to Project level, but it is already rolling up to WBS Level, and please note that I already assign materials on activities. Please anyone can give advice, to solve this problem, I use Ver. 19.12 and Ver. 21.12. Thanks
But, is this the right way to add cost to activities? Typically it has to be by adding labor / material / Expenses to each activity. And that will drive the cost of the activities.

you need to be an administrator on the OBS for that project.

Omar, probably your resource isnt "material" resource type. then it multiples with 8 hours.
My budgeted cost shows 0 after importing. Please help.
