- It's kind of a big deal. Today on Hermitcraft Season 10 we meet with Xisuma and begin mass crafting thousands of Hermit Fireworks. Then we meet with @docm77 , @VintageBeef , and @JoeHillsTSD to discuss the grand opening fireworks show for Big Wood. Finally, we design the fireworks show using a unique combination of sculkstone and fireworks.

Cub supplying 1,000 diamonds worth of fireworks, droppers, materials, and labor for 144 diamonds. That's a team player.

To be fair he also scams them with FOMO horns so he is just giving back to balance out the karma hit. Gotta give props to this man he can make money from anything.

Cub has the the most impressive way of using his stockpile of diamonds. Doc and Scar may think they are flexing with their “building blocks” or ore mountains but Cub shoots his into the sky and blows them up 😂 loving this season so far. Keep it up Cub!

In your upcoming firework shop you could build a "sacrificial" pit were hermits can through in their dimonds for a purchase, as they are all to likely going to burn in the sky as beautiful fireworks.
A sign "Consider donating diamonds to combat inflation" would also be funny
With rocket production I’ve thought many times “you should charge more!” But realized, this is just a game. No real money is used, just time. If the time spent is enjoyable then it’s worthwhile. Including grinding for diamonds.
Money and time are one and the same.
But the diamond selling is still just for fun, and he's taking them out of circulation, which is good for all the hermitcraft shops in terms of time sharing
The horn shop is the rich husbands business and the firework shop is the stay at home wife’s business that the husband funds for her even though it loses them money

Using the skulks for the fireworks show is such a great idea. Such a cleaner solution compared to a spiderweb of redstone.
Based on the title... the big wood order is either a very large purchasing of wood, or some sort of new regime on the server. Can't wait to find out which one!

Do you only watch Cub? Big Wood has been a thing since pretty much right after they got the permits.
What you might want to do is while the song builds, have it go around the shop. Then when the beat drops after the few opening bars, that is when you have the opening firework montage. Maybe fading back and forth perpendicular to the entrance path. After that you could have it go up the shop at that point, hitting a crescendo when the fireworks make their way back down the structure, meeting the finale point along the entrance path which leads everyone into go shopping. Just an idea.

Cub, this has been said to death, but your Fireworks Factory is so awesome. It's incredible how a new redstone component (Crafter) has completely revitalized and revolutionized an aspect of the game that has gone underappreciated. Keep up the great work!
Cub, Doc, Cleo, and Scar are by far the wealthiest hermits. Unfortunately Cub's fireworks are always at a negative cost with how much diamonds each 3 cost lmao

Cub, you are going to need a "Bad boys, bad boys" (or some royalty free version of it so it doesn't get struck) horn in the shop, and jack up the price because you KNOW the poe-poe are going to want it

You should've used (calibrated skulk sensors) instead of the default ones, so they'll go off from the sound of the firework, and not from any other noise at all.
I thought of the same thing! I'm not a redstoner, but as far as I know, this is exactly the kind of "wireless redstone" they were made for. (And also the deeper levels of Decked Out, of course!)
dude it's insane the number of resources fireworks can take to produce. He's like the Robin Hood of his own business charging less diamonds for how much it takes to produce the product lol!

Ive only been watching Cub and Bdubs recently because I’ve been busy so I had no idea that there were hermit police. When they came in and started shouting at Cub I lost it hahah

I went to prepare two firework show with the fireworks club of polytechnique next to where i live, my friend was the one who designed both of them. I'm not part of the club nor i am/have been a student at polytechnique. It was really great both time even tho the second time we were under the rain, but oh my god cleaning the little bits afterward is such a bother !
Should make fireworks making each wood types. Like white with a yellow middle for Burch. And so on and forth for the woods.
Just watched Xisumavoids latest video X1162 Dolphins can fly and at 20:24 Scar tells Xisuma to "take your pants off real quick Xisuma... I wantna get a full look here." not sure if you can use it because xisuma does say "say What?" inbetween scars sentences, but if you can remove the say what, it would be hilarious use it as the horn of the month to all hermits except Xisuma. I really hope you can use this one.
If you want to put more time and take it a step further you can make some custom sprites for the hermit fireworks.
It's probably too late now, but calibrated skulk sensors would probably made things more robust since they have longer range and get triggered by far, far less false positives
Cub needs this show to create a meta on the server where people don't respect shops that don't have fireworks all the time, otherwise he is never making his money back lol. Pretty sure he's spending more in the rockets than he made on the deal with big wood, plus he's putting so much time into making the show, AND he's doing his testing on the server. Like why not do that in creative?

TFC! you could host a TFC "mine off" where all diamond proceeds go to whatever firework was designed in his memory. and it goes off every once in a while in the shopping district. RIP TFC

Can you cause fireworks to fly on an angle by launching them horizontally and then having it travel a few blocks of water with bubble columns?
