What's not to like on this video? Pine trees from all angles, a tractor getting the job done, some birds enjoying the overturned earth, along with destruction and construction. Do you keep an extra bucket of Green Deer paint around? LOL Brought back memories of my grandfather pulling trees with a chain attached to the hitch of the IH tractor. I learned why grandma said we couldn't stand too close. That chain flew fast and furious when it broke. All were safe due to the sage wisdom of the elders. Thanks! So glad Daniel referred me to your channel.
Wow, is there anything you can't do?? I appreciate how you explain why and how you do your repair or tractor upgrade. Your videos are educational and motivating to so many people. Great job!

Excellent work! I have a channel, Marauder Mitchelli which at times features my JD 3046R Cab tractor. You are correct, that box blade should not have bent, excellent job repairing, great job editing! I'm debating upgrading to a 4066R and would like your opinion. I have a 4N1 bucket, mid-mount mower, and a snowblower. I may be purchasing a Zero turn, which opens the door for a 4 series. Thank you for sharing, I'll subscribe.
Thanks for checking the channel out. I had a JD 3720 which was a 3 series 44hp tractor and basically the same as yours. I can tell you it's a huge upgrade in power and what you can get done going to the 4066r. Don't get me wrong, I loved my 3720 but longed for bigger attachments and more pto hp. Going to a zero turn you won't regret, they run circles around a tractor as far as speed and how nice the cut it is. You will see me using both on my channel constantly being that I usually mow around 45 acres a month in the summer.
So far so good, plenty of power and only one issue in the 250ish hours I have on it. My fuel sending unit quit reading fuel level for about two months and then started back working again. No other issues, you will love that 4052, my dad has had one for several years now and not had a single problem with his.
My 4052R with cab shows up Friday. Been waiting for quite a while. Psyched and have lots of projects for this weekend, but the high on Saturday and Sunday will be in the 20s, will have the heat on!
That 4052 has a lot of power, even more with a geared transmission. I do a lot of loader work and forward and back mowing, a hydro was a must have for me.
It's a huge difference depending on what part of the country you are in and options. Your looking at 45k and up! Definitely not the cheapest cab compact out there
Man this was an awesome video. This is why I love watching your Channel man. The tractor did a really good job of handle that project. Andrew quick question? At the beginning of the video was that your driveway coming off the main road. Man you was hurting me when you was hitting the tractor like that. But I took some Advil so I'm okay now. The Drone footage I really like just seeing how beautiful your property is. Thank you for sharing this video.
Yes that was my driveway, I made a long sweeping bend for privacy. I hate beating on my equipment but I had to bend it back into shape. Nothing has shifted since welding that box blade up.
@@TKCL oh wow that's awesome you built your own driveway man. I was just surprised how the tractor trailers fit down in there at the road. They got in and out that's what count. I know you don't like beating on your equipment your equipment shows you take care of it because You work hard for it. I'm glad to hear you haven't had a problem with it since you welded.
I've always heard of good things about Landpride. What you usually see at our local John deere stores is Frontier equipment. They have a decent reputation, but the one rotary cutter we had from them seemed to be built cheap in my opinion.
The box blade is fine, it was used in a way other than intended. There is a draw bar on the tractor for pulling. Lets not sugar coat it, the owner was to blame not the equipment, it happens, live and learn.

Where did you get those Hugh clamps? What size are those?
On Amazon years ago, I think they are 10 or 12 inch clamps.
Where did you get the root rake and what brand is it?
From a company in Perry Florida that custom builds them. The company is called Rake Master.
I would take the scraper box off when you weld so you don't fry your computer on your tractor
Not a bad thought, usually I catch things like that. I definitely should have done that.
how do you like your tractor? I just ordered a 4052, haven't got it yet.

Enjoy that new tractor, hate to say it will be in the 80s this weekend 😁
I have a 4052M and I really like it! I bought the power reverser to save a few dollars, hated it at first but like it a lot now!

What is msrp $ of one of those with cab?

I always thought landpride and few other companies make much better attchments the deer. For less money

That 4466r is a powerful tractor the box blade is junk
Well hopefully after my Frankenstein weld repair it never bends again. Might just have to stick to moving dirt with the box blade
