... it's called Vignette - It's an old lens "no auto focus" that the camera does not recognise in software. Modern lenses that create vignette can be corrected in camera "distortion" or manually corrected in post processing! :) Also the lens is probably for full frame cameras whereas Casey's camera has a crop sensor, thus meaning when zoomed out the corners are clipping the corners of the sensor.
