Deadly Billiard, For Every Ball You Lose, You Lose An Organ

An old man comes down an elevator at a strange place called Quindecim (Queen-Day-Keem). It seems to be a bar or even the lobby of a hotel. The only other people are a young man who offers him a cigarette, the bartender, Decim (Day-Keem), and his assistant Chiyuki (Chee-Yoo-Kee). Decim asks them if they remember how they got here. The young man remembers going to his girlfriend’s house and starting the honka-honka. The old man was drinking beer in the sun. Sounds like bliss. Then, Decim and Chiyuki give them a set of rules. They cannot tell them where they are. They will have to play a game with their lives at stake. And finally, unless they’ve completed the game, they cannot leave this bar. So, the young man tries to leave the bar. But, he is unable to find the exit so he yells at Decim. He refuses to play the game so Decim shows them behind the bar, where they see silhouettes of hanging corpses.

I’ve seen this before, while I don’t remember some aspects well you did get one detail wrong, albeit a minor one (although I did watch the dubbed so it could be a translation difference) It’s not heaven or hell, it’s reincarnation or oblivion/nothingness

I’m guessing the old man is a master mind or something and it’s gonna be some huge plot twist, I don’t know much about Japanese religion so o don’t know about demons, yo Kai, exc, so I’m gonna go off of my religion which I’m a Christin, if u guys know about Japanese religion or Chinese because I don’t know where this anime was made, plz reply and tell me, anyways this is long for a comment so I’m gonna make this quick, either the old man is god or he is satan just because the old man definitely had plans and it’s like he is something of a threat, but that’s just my theory, I’m open to different ideas tho
