HEAT TAPING MY TINY HOUSE PIPES: No More Frozen Winter Pipes! I hadn't had the chance to heat tape my pipes since purchasing my property. Although the septic company had insulated the exterior water pipes, they still managed to freeze. So I had to do something about it so it didnt happen again. In this video, I take off all the old insulation, heat tape the pipes and put more insulation over them. This in in effort to preventing frozen pipes from happening again.

Luckily I caught my frozen pipe before doing any damage. Same situation, small gap in the insulation next to the foundation. You don't need to respond to my comments. I am just giving some kudos

Drill a hole in the floor where your hot water tank is and wrap that waterline going to it. They will freeze too.

The inside pipes are already insulated inside the storage area. If anything i could use the remaining heattape to wrap the rest.
