I love Crystal Castles and I don't think a comparison can be made. It's a completely different sound and with different gendered vocalists. If people want to compare CC to something it should be a band like Crim3s. CC's last album sounds similar to them....Trust is not to be compared with CC. They're way too different imo and they're both equally fantastic.
I guess the fanbase is too young to draw Pet Shop Boy comparisons lol
Even though I agree with the CC and PSB comparisons, the music genre is more similar to EBM and darkwave.
I prefer this a lot to CC. far darker, unless someone can recommend a tune from CC that fits the bill
