I'm curious to know what other players were able to revive their careers after? Jesse Lingard had a purple patch with West Ham but not much after

Rashford will be on fire at Villa for the rest of the season because he always puts in 110% when he wants something. The last time that happens was when he was negotiating his bumper contract when he scored over 30 goals. This time round he'll be wanting to impress Barcelona. The warning for Villa is that if Rashfdord doesn't get what he wants, he'll down tool.

He did it too late in his career, but first thought came to mind was Jesse Lingard. Different circumstances, different player, but getting out Manchester can prob be refreshing for some guys.

@@MisterO98 that's why i said too late. he had 9 goals in 16 games at West Ham. Nottingham Forrest were bad the year he was there but he wasn't that great. He's on his last legs so he took a payday that's not Saudi. I don't fault him for that. He's nearing retirement.
