I know I am not the most experienced hockey player, but one suggestion I have is when you get the puck don’t put you head down before you shoot it. Find the puck before you receive it and then lift your head and find where you want to shoot it. Same thing in the corners find the puck then try to find your teammate to pass it to and of no ones open then put it deep. Never hurts to get it 200 ft (or so) from your net.
