I love when it clicks, honestly I’m shooting for the Style Crafts just because at times the free sliding just has a little too much freedom for me. I think the clicking is way more precise when it comes to taking steps in fading.
I gave the gamma alpha with the click lever. The business I bought it from ran out of Stylecraft alphas so they customized it for me and threw in 3 additional lids

You can take that pin out on the click lever and make it a floating lever so you get both with the style craft
I have the S/C and enjoy the click, my buddy has the Gamma and the lever seems kinda cheap to me. So far we both love them... Great faders

I have the StyleCraft Alpha and the stock stationary blade gets hot and sticky. No big deal though.

i personally don't mind using either. I do find myself using my alphas a ton lately though.

I wanted the alphas bad. I prefer the style craft color scheme and then they introduced the prodigy shavers. I think I'm gonna wait for the next generation ergos. I want the quietness of the magnetic motor and wireless charging if they will do it on those if not then I'll get these
You can still get the sc alphas and not use the click, all you have to do is take the spring off of the lever that makes it click

Can you use the deep tooth gold blade with the diamond blade that the alphas sc come with or is it just for the Andis mod?

Austin Nguyen the power is not as strong it’s more like a magic clips
I have the SC red Prodigy shaver and the paint started fading FIRST TIME I sprayed cool care. Have yall noticed the same with the SC Alphas?
Gamma is good but I feel like it overrated. Babyliss hands down, best tools especially their Trimmer and shaver. Clipper is good but the blade adjustment and weight put me off.

its not common but it does happen, people always complain about that with the babyliss clippers too
You can remove the clicks on the style craft is you want a free float gamma and style craft have tutorials on there instagrams

If we being technical the ergo it has 10,000 spm... the masters have about 7200 and seniors around 6400 i think

I have the SC now but im finding theres barely any movement between the first 2 clicks from open taper. Do you find the same thing in yours or is mine faulty?
