I get so irritated by the ‘don’t worry relax bs’ that is a luxury of those who have support and resources! And no you don’t go through change to learn to deal with it, I’ve had instability my entire life from external forces and I’m a master. To condescend ppl to be afraid of poverty and homelessness is kinda not helpful-it’s gaslighting. There’s a reason why we have stress, it’s a positive to motivate you to survive. Sudden inner wisdom doesn’t suddenly change your situation.
