- Hurricane Beryl has certainly been making her mark across the Caribbean and takes aim at the Yucatán Peninsula tonight. In addition, another disturbance is moving across the Caribbean with a low chance of development.

I didn't suffer any damage, nor did I loose power, for that I am grateful, thankful and blessed.

Thank you for your update Dani.. Regarding Jamaica experiencing category 4 force winds, note that the eye wall went directly over the south coast of Jamaica. The southwest coast (Manchester and St Elizabeth) was dissimated. Houses completely flattened, and hundreds of houses lost their roofs.. Trees that survived Ivan and Dean, have been completely uprooted. It is a complete disaster. No electricity nor telecommunication services are available, so most have not been able to see the destruction. So yes, the eye wall did make a direct hit to the south-west coast.
Yeah! I’m sure it’s simply awful there with weeks of recovery in sight. I just hope everyone there is safe, especially since many don’t have any service to communicate of their wellbeing

Glad you're safe. Praying for the families of the two people who lost their lives. Its starting to get cloudy on Ambergris Caye. The water is out pretty far right now. Just barely rolling up to the sea walls where usually its 2ft. Definitely looks like something is coming.

Very happy your safe Dani. We had good amount of on and off rains today in ST. Kitts and Nevis. My prayers to all the affected areas by this Major Hurricane. As it pertains to Tropical depression one E it is now a tropical storm the first name storm of the Eastern Pacific. I remember before the start of the 2024 Atlantic Hurricane Season you did foresaw that this year the Caribbean might not be so lucky base on the steering setup you were seeing. That prediction was spot on. Have a Thankful Thursday Evening.

Wow. Can't believe you are up and broadcasting! You are blessed young one. Please watch out for the next wave coming. Not much in Punta Gorda, Belize. Some wind and T-storms. Bay of Honduras helps keep us fairly safe. Spirit tells me we will get ours this season. Stay safe. (did I hear the wind in the background?)
