  • Learned a ton this week… Here Sophia Bush opens up on her idea of marriage again as someone who went through one previously in a very public fashion

Sophia Bush (One Tree Hill, Incredibles 2) joins me this week for a terrific conversation concerning the systematic idea of love and relationships. Sophia comments on the controversy surrounding the creator of One Tree Hill and how it truly delayed a wonderful and healthy relationship between her and her cast mates. We also discuss how Sophia’s relationship with her parents furthered her maturity levels early on in her life, her superior dog training skills, and the idea of love before prefrontal cortex development.

    Great conversation.
I think it really comes down to none of being perfect, like you said, but whether or not we are perfect for each other.

I completely agree. You have to be honest with yourself and they have to be honest with themselves and vice versa.

Talking about motivations and honesty is very wise. But, don't forget, it's only "a lot of work" because we are in a deluded and distracting society. In a wiser world, the stakes would be much lower because we would all be in touch with the innate happiness and goodwill of being.

Typical liberal softie perverted "ideas". And she wanted to brainwash kids at age 4!
USA as a nation is doomed if society is left to the treacherous matriarchy to influence and control the next generation. We will invade you in a generation.

"I imagine that you have trust issues and also feel really nervous truly opening up and being your full self with someone." Yea. WHO DOESN'T HAVE TRUST ISSUES AND FEEL REALLY NERVOUS TRULY OPENING UP FOR SOMEONE?
The dumbest thing a guy could do is get married. When the marriage dies, he gets absolutely screwed for life. It's suicide for a guy to get married. If you want to be with someone, just be with them. You don't need to file up a contract. Once you bring a contract into a relationship, THAT'S when you know there is no longer trust, because you clearly don't trust someone if you're bringing in contracts that says, 'I don't trust you. So the man will be screwed if this relationship ends. And the woman will collect monetary benefits from the man, no matter what.' Women get married for money. Period.
Build a relationship naturally, with love, genuine love, and friendship, and genuine trust. Not with court documents and contracts. No one should feel trapped.

Lord, who hurt you? Sound bitter. Go get some healing. Speak and write from a healing space, not from your own wounds.
