What helped me with timing before i started doing micro ssr way back in s2 was just going for a quick dash. Like just inputting it as ff n 3+4 right after ch b1. And as a bonus it was quite consistent against bigs compared to ssr variation. What i love the most about ch b1 is it’s flexibility and conversion potential. You can go for a full combo after landing it on opponent who’s back is against the wall with 3+4 or go straight up for d234 and oki afterwards. You can easily switch sides to get opponent to the wall if your back is against it. You can even get burning knuckle setups or some crazy stylish combos. It’s just that nobody uses that flexibility to it’s fullest potential yet, not even the highest level players like JDCR. And on forgotten realm it can get even crazier with armor king’s air giant swing switching sides. Btw here’s a suggestion for a future video, been thinking about that stuff for a while now. Like, i think armor king gets insanely flexible on forgotten realm, in my opinion nobody has that, not even king or marduk.
Thank Harada for New screw routes. In t6 i could do 3+4 combo 9 out of 10 Times but ever since T7 and New AK legs and hitboxes i was droping the Flipover so manny Times i flat out removed the b+1 from my movelist until S4
Doesn't CHb1 > DB2,4 > SSL cd1 > 1 > cd1 > db23 have the same carry as the df1 df23 ender on SHS2 route? Could try to add df1 microdash db23 ender for the db24 route too which is definitely more wall carry but I'm not sure a 9 hit combo will work on AK.
you could also just do b1, shs2, shining wizard for 60 damage, no need for cd1, isw or 3+4 timing for 2 less damage and if you want wall carry, you have plenty of time to see that and then go for the cd1 combo, you also dont need to sidestep before the shs2, as long as you sidestep or backdash before your cd1 after. : )
I just skip the 3+4 part have no need to switch sides :P also I really wish they made muscle buster wayyy more damage it's not worth the extra input complexity :(

Truuue, I'll definitely look into the idea as well! The Flexibility is definitely there for Armor King

Something I do to land 3+4 is to dash lightly before doing 3+4. The timing is still there but success rate is almost 90%.
Great video bro
I keep my stylecombo with db 2,4 , SS left , dark lariat , 1 , SW. Its fun
Top notch!
well made, the only thing you could do better, is to turn down the BGM. Asida that, everything was fine

You play keyoboard? Tekken 7
I do not, I tried playing Keyboard, it's not my cup of tea. I play on Pad.
