      It’s up to the Master here if he wants to go that deep…

    Sifu, thank you very much for this treasure! Very good work! I would like to make some questions that I believe will help me and others in this practice.
    1 - Should we sink the Chi to the Dan Tien and to the ground when we pull back the hands?
    2 - Should we send the Chi forward when we push the hands forward?
    3 - The breath should always be lower abs breathing, right?
    4 - When we tense the whole body, while pushing forward the arms and exhaling, should we tense the abs too?
    5 - The steps can be performed also with the left leg in front?
    Respect, thank you so much Sir.

      Use visualization, by concentrating, imagine pulling the ball of energy marbles from Dan Tian up to Shan Zhong (heartburn) then towards Tian Tu, slowly going up to Ren Zhong (chin), then heading to Ying Tang, then ordered to come down back to Ren Zhong, then down to Tian Tu, radiate to Qi Hu then spread to Liang Lao Gong in push position, center and blast, then relax... pull back to Qi Hu, then to Tian Tu, up again to Ren Zhong then focused on Ying Tang, then ordered to go up to Bai Hui, down to Da Zhui, then down to Ming Men, drag to Hui Yin then up again to Dan Tian and Relax. Don't forget to closed Hui Yin when pull and open when push. Just ignore this thing if you don't have a Master/Sifu to accompany you.Take care and good Luck.

      I do not know what style of martial art you’ve studied.
      And I could not know everything.
      There are so many kind of internal training in chinese kungfu.
      I suggest that you ask to your sifu to whom you’ve learnt.
      If another Sifus guide you, I am worried you’ll get problem with your health. I hope you understand.

    Thanks sifu! Please explain breathing in more detail. I mean the position of the diaphragm, whether the abdomen is flat or not. Is the concentration on Dantien, is the consciousness directed and where. Thanks in advance!

    • @tiotikkwieshibaluohanshoum4819
      @tiotikkwieshibaluohanshoum4819  3 года назад +2

      According to your question I know that you already learnt/read about anaother style teaching of breathing excercise.
      But if you believe in what I posted, that’s samcian, you need concentrate only on it. Because my teaching is’t complicated as others. You just to breath normally but now you must inhale when you draw your hand and exhale when you push out your hands.
      Do not inhale or exhale to much, but do it slowly and softly.
      Do not concentrate to others such as tantien, abdomen etc. Later, after a long period, when you still train seriusly, you’ll find that you already breath using and concentrating in your lower abdomen and tantien. I hope it’s enough for you to understand. Do not let your mind running to others. Ok? Thank you for your question and stay healthy! Warm regards

  • @phakwipha
    @phakwipha Год назад +2

    Super stuff, thank you for your insight, one question , you said to breathe normally, but yong chun white crane sifu Pan in fujian explained that when you breath in you compress the dantien from above and below meeting the two energies at the navel, and when you breathe out you have to relax the the dantien. This is somewhat opposite to normal breathing where a person will usually breath in and relax the belly and when they breath out the y tend to tense their belly.
    Any comment in regards to this would be great ..

    • @1mataleo1
      @1mataleo1 5 месяцев назад +1

      Since no one replied to you, I’ll offer my insights. I’m by no means a master, but I have been training Chinese Martial Arts for 20+ years. What Pan Sifu of Yong Chun is describing is “Reverse Abdominal Breathing”. Aka Daoist Bresthing. It’s main use is to aid in the exertion of power, and is often used in martial arts. Regarding this form, I would just breathe normally during the relaxation phase, but when exerting strength during the pull and push movements , use Reverse Abdominal breathing, like Pan Said. Good luck
