I LOVE crepe cakes! They are amazing :) Thanks for sharing the pancake mix version. My mom is gluten free and it is very tricky to come up with a gluten free homemade version of crepes. I will use a gluten free pancake mix so my mom can eat this! I would usually make them from scratch (and I'm 13), but I like trying different things :) Thanks again!
