Pretty cool that Billy talent made a tribute about chester Bennington I could imagine Ben singing a Linkin Park song and chester singing a Billy talent song
Well they changed it up a bit at least... They added Line And Sinker-HOLY SHIT A TRIBUTE TO CHESTER BENNINGTON? I shouldn't be surprised, but Linkin Park and Billy Talent are litterally my two favorite bands.

Though I'm not a hardcore BT fan, I must say, they truly can put up a dutiful show! Minimum of unnecessary talking and fucking around, just 21 songs alongside a heartfelt tribute and obligatory birthday song. I call that nutritious 95 minutes!
Can't believe they played pins and needles. Thats such a great song and I feel like this is the first time they played it live. They got to perform it more
So sad i missed all concerts in germany i just did not know they were in germany. Would have been awesome if i had seen them. Hope i'll get the chance to see them again.
Powerful how Ben did an actual cry for help in Nothing To Lose. His voice is quite good by today's standards here, the screams don't hurt when listening to them^^
I think it might've been a recording issue only. The sound might've been playing at the concert for everyone to hear but might not have been recording for us to hear. We'd have to ask someone who was there to tell us.
How unfortunate that the mixing is so bad: - The guitar (amps) aren't punchy enough - The hi-hat sounds way too close in comparison to the cymbals - sometimes the bass is just gone and it's in general too dominant - the bass drum is pretty weak That's just sad because they're one of my favorite bands and the performance is pretty good :/
to me it sounds like its straight from the board the way it was setup for the PA, not mixed for broadcast at all. Probably sounded way different for the crowd.
It’s a shame Devil in a Midnight Mass got botched a little in this show because of the mixing & seemed like they kept raising & lowering the sound in the mic. Also Bens vocals weren’t warmed up yet.
BT is a fuckin' out of this world band, but c'mon! You are supposed to be a punk anti-system band and you still believe Chester kill himself.. i felt a little disappointed when Benji practically said ''if you ever need help like Chester needed, please ask for it'' 😩
15:49 I love when Ben changes his lyrics to make fun of Jon. It's not even the first time.
Poor Jonny 😂😂
lol
And johnny's base is truely scaring me hahaha
@@Hillidge He actually said bass because Jon's bass wasn't working during the song if you go back and rewatch.
Why did it not work
Great band that deserve more popularity.
Elías Alba i hope so
Pretty cool that Billy talent made a tribute about chester Bennington I could imagine Ben singing a Linkin Park song and chester singing a Billy talent song
The Crutch is amazing live.
Well they changed it up a bit at least... They added Line And Sinker-HOLY SHIT A TRIBUTE TO CHESTER BENNINGTON? I shouldn't be surprised, but Linkin Park and Billy Talent are litterally my two favorite bands.
1:20:01 I want every security to be like that one
Saw them in Hamilton Ontario Canada this year. All new songs rock. BT makes us Canadians PROUD!
Chris Kydd Fellow Canadian here: I can confirm this.

Gran banda ....de lo mejor
Ian kicked ass with his solos this whole performance!
Heartfelt Nothing To Lose! RIP chester.. Great tribute guys of Billy Talent.
Victor Clearwood they played burden im my hand by soundgarden to as a tribute to Chris Cornell and it was amazing
Though I'm not a hardcore BT fan, I must say, they truly can put up a dutiful show! Minimum of unnecessary talking and fucking around, just 21 songs alongside a heartfelt tribute and obligatory birthday song. I call that nutritious 95 minutes!
Yea, pretty much the opposite of Green Day :D
yeah, I heard GD are masters in fucking around onstage :)
Tomáš Hošek yeah but most fans love that because it shows personality and keeps them different from most other bands.
wow Ghost Ship was absolutely amazing
Can't believe they played pins and needles. Thats such a great song and I feel like this is the first time they played it live. They got to perform it more
Theyve done it a number of times
In fact they play that song always, is one of their best songs.
The only track I was missing at this concert is "Diamond on a landmine"
I just got into them this few months and I really wanna see them live 😭
Missing it so much!
Surrender was absolutely perfect.👌🏻
wish billy talent come to my country.. i ill fucking buy their ticket and take an off day from workkkkk
What a power!
cannibal rats is so good the music video is awesome too
Hell of a Awesome concert watching in 2021 ❤️👍🤘
best concert I've ever seen
Underrated in 2017
Oh man, I'd love a LP and BT feat, such heartbreaking death of Chester.
"If you need help reach out for it..."
Mmm, they supposed to be punk... and they still think chester commited suicide, c'mon...
super, thank you!!!!
2000s over agian feel like a kid agian
this drummer is a fucking beast !
Me encanta esta banda
So sad i missed all concerts in germany i just did not know they were in germany. Would have been awesome if i had seen them. Hope i'll get the chance to see them again.
They are at hurricane next year ;)
1:20:02 that security guy ^^
Also 1:30:29

Ben es un puto máquina
Fede pastor I don't know Spanish, but from what I know of French, and of course, English, I have translated your comment to: "Ben is a gay maniquin."
@@thenotorious7113 Jajajajaja
line and sinker..omg...i wanted to hear it last year on nova rock an austria...but nope :(
Green Day brain stew al inicio XD
38:33
No, chester didn't committed suicide...
That was an awesome live performance (way better audio than this :D)
What happened with Ian's guitar at the end of Afraid of heights? Lol
I think it might've been a recording issue only. The sound might've been playing at the concert for everyone to hear but might not have been recording for us to hear. We'd have to ask someone who was there to tell us.
Not the first time it happened poor ian
@@mennims no i think it happened live because afterwards ben say "that's rock and roll. you just keep on trucking on"
At least we got to hear Jon play his base
The foh guy seems to have one playlist, which is nice by the way, but the same songs were playing while soundcheck in Dortmund few weeks ago.
Why did Ben called Ian Austin Mathews in the devil on my shoulder solo? XD
Auston Mathews is a hockey player in Toronto, maybe Ian's a big fan. They're all big Leaf fans.
He called him Heisenberg once
Lol At the beginning of the video, the song is played by brain stew
Ben needs to be louder and Jon quieter, I like the clear bass but actually the guitar could be a little louder
What you see is what you getttt look at me and dont forget
Jon (as always) messing up the backing vocals.
BlackField right?when I felt safe in line and sinker he started singing weirdly AGAIN.
38:33 CRY ..
No, that's an insult for Chester, he didn't take his life away.
I use to be your lapdog now I'm just a stray shackled in the grave yard left in to decayyyyyyyyyyy

Holyraider That might be it, yeah
RanDieBam It was probably a problem with the festival staff rather than the band. Technical difficulties like this normally don't happen to these guys
wait for the meeting with them in Ukraine!!!!
Appreciate the upload. Unfortunate that this contains such a mediocre performance of Ghost Ship cause it's recorded so well.
it's usually so good live too :(
What's wrong with Jon's Bass?
It’s a shame Devil in a Midnight Mass got botched a little in this show because of the mixing & seemed like they kept raising & lowering the sound in the mic. Also Bens vocals weren’t warmed up yet.
Whats the name of his white clothes in the beginning?
33:30
The new drummer is really good but he does not have that strong/delayed hand for the snare.
Timings are fucked!
Hop in your dump truck reverses for good luck ride over me ride over me
Que es esto

The backing vocals crack me the fuck up. Someone needs to turn Jon's mic off..
Great Band but very bad soundmix...
