Tip: Run the wire for the right side ear speaker across the top of the helmet instead of around the back. I run mine behind the top padding and taped down with electrical wire. This wire seems to also act as a radio antenna and improves the FM reception when run across the top. True Sena doesn’t offer a lot in terms of installation (besides a video I came across) I guess that’s because helmets vary so much which is why they provide parts for 1/2 face, modular, full face, beanie helmets etc. Enjoy!
With the 20S kit you get circles of stick-on Velcro backing. I stuck those into the plastic speaker indentations and then stuck the speakers to it. It was tight but if you turn the speaker around you should find an orientation that lets it sit flush. I've had no issues.
its installed wrong how are you gonna remove the cheekpad to clean it if you got the wire over it you should have removed the cheekpad then installed everything
Hey Bryan, thanks for watching the video! As mentioned in the video, SENA provides very little in the way of instructions for installation so it can very likely end up being quite different from user to user. With that said, I definitely see what you're talking about and may re-do it and try what you said when I get the time. Thanks again!
Bryantrincon413 what did you do for the speakers? My 30k speakers didn't quite fit all the way in the pockets and came out by the end of my ride causing pressure on my head!
Hello Causa. I was not able to get a good camera angle to show putting the speakers in, but the kit includes circles of felt material which has a sticky backing. I stuck those circles into the helmet indentations and then the velcro on the speakers themselves was able to grip onto that felt material. From there, it was only to hide the wires behind padding. Hope that helps!
Steve Edwards the speakers are great. Nothing jammed in your ears. Wind noise is minimal for the other person on phone calls and never an issue to hear anything
Once I had everything mocked up as shown, I put the screws in. They took a bit of fine fingerwork and I wasn't able to get it on camera well enough to do it justice.

Is it difficult to raise/lower the antennae on the 20S with gloves on?
I think you can pull out the neckroll before you put the wire in?
Thanks , nice helmet
thanks for the video. I am about to buy one so this was helpful. nice to get constructive feed back from others. cool. thanks again.
It can be installed on every halmer
well as soon as I run out and get me a new halmer I will definitely get me one
Did you have no issue with putting speakers into sockets? I heard that's not enough space there.

Thanks. One more question. Do they touch your ears?
Not mine. Can't guarantee that everyone will have the same fit though.
Thank you.
Most of the shoei helmets come with space designated for com speakers.
It doesn't show the installation process..😐

How do the speakers sound compared to earbuds? How about talking and hearing on a phone? Thanks,
