Heyyyy! I can't say it enough so I shall say it again! Thank you so very much for honoring this design I one time made and then stuck with, it really means a world to me seeing someone as truly talented as you make something that I had designed feels almost unreal. You did an amazing job and the more realistic movie accurate version of my trooper is really making me wanna do a bunch of customs myself! Truly thank you! You really outdone yourself and did an amazing job!
Where you get those straps for the ammo boxes around the kama from? I always used to customize the Echo figure, now I will try and Do my fully own custom arc
Hi, so I don’t really show it in the video because it’s not necessarily a necessary process and I kind of do it in a strange way, but I take a flathead screwdriver and a hammer and slip that flathead under the chest and then give it one good whack to the inside connector, and it usually separates And then I will drill two holes into each side of that connector pole and put a little piece of wire in between that when I glue it back on. Other customizers usually use an X-Acto knife to split it, but I’ve never found that to work. I probably need to look for a better process, sorry for the long explanation
I love that idea, I did the same thing but 3D models, instead of physical copies, for my channel and my buddy's. Would like to get a custom figure of them at some point, but that's waaaaay down the line since I don't know of any base bodies to possibly use for most of our parts and I'm no custom maker. Awesome to see this!
If someone doesnt have a hot glue gun, how would someone mix the hot glue and vasoline for the helmet? As a customizer thats the only thing i struggle with. The 3D printed helmets normally have enormus sculpted peg holes to where it just rests on the peg. Was wondering what to do since i dont have a hot glue gun but would like the helmet to be able to move around easily but also be able to remove the helmet to place a custom clone head sculpt if that makes sense
Blue tack is what I use nowadays. It would work quite well for what ur wanting. It’s a sticky tack but doesn’t make ur stuff sticky. It’s removeable and doesn’t dry out
Oh I forgot I was gonna pant my own Airbone Clonetrooper what I need to know is what paint brush you had So I don’t make any mistakes? Like I need something tiny do you have any paint brushed that are for sale in amazon?😊
@@commandercook After learning from your arc trooper tutorials, I finally made my own custom Rex in new clone trooper body. YT link ends with b1U7JgevjGQ, a simple 20 secs demo just for sharing. The kill count markings a very thin and painful to draw, no wonder you only made Rex phase 1 not 2, simpler but still looks good. I love hasbro removable clone helmet, no need to swop between heads and helmet.
@@commandercook A curious question, I saw you in early Hasbro star wars figure demo videos, I was thinking wow what a coinsidence when I saw your custom videos later, then started to pay attention to your channel. Are you a figure designer?

How did you attach the helmets? I didn't quite understand what you did in that part of the video.
Yeah that’s my bad I didn’t explain on that part. Nowadays I use blue tack u can get on amazon. It allows u to move the helmet as u will
This is why i subscribed to you this is amazing could you try making a commander fox using the new body
Im sure Ill do that eventually absolutely
Are some of those pieces 3D printed? If so, where did you get the files?
Yes they are. I got all the pieces from “bountysupplyco” on etsy

I saw the skirt is made of glass cleaning cloth. Are you using vanilla water base paint?
@@simonsaid6682 nah it’s just some acrylic paint
@@commandercook I brought black leather from cloths store and they use machines to thin it out. Nice demo with easy to get material. Thanks.
