I believe that I’ve heard on one of the Ninja’s videos that he isn’t that educated (my words, not his) in the Canadian housing market.

While I wait for a housing bubble to bust and attempt to avoid inflation, I recently sold a couple of residences in the Tampa area for a respectable profit, and I'm thinking about investing the money in stocks. My girlfriend's mom passed away two weeks ago her both her, sister, decided to are sell their mom's home at the end of the mouth in Newbury Park, Commifornia. Houses just sold in day in my hood...expensive like 600_700k. The house next door owned by MainStRenewal has been emply for 1.5 mos. Took them a week to clean the trash. Still has a mattress in the backyard.

proper research, good analysis and luck is what you need to make profit in this constant market decline.
In order to make profits from trading you need loads of experience and a well defined strategy, which most traders don't have. If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! this will help you spread risk.
Best thing is to carry out extensive research and be on top of current events. Know how current events can alter share prices and apply logic over your emotions. This is what worked for me. Best of luck

Low inventory, inflated list prices along with high interest rates. A $400k house today costs what a $800k house cost 2 years ago in a mortgage payment

I have been researching houses for sale/ rent in just my area. I have been amazed at how many transactions are between Corporations, LLC’s & an individual owner!! Too Many! 🤬 .. I have seen a pattern .. the increase started in like 2014/2015 and exploded in 2018/2019. This is troubling..but price cuts are happening (20k in less than a month) & I have seen a few local YT channels say that they are seeing some sell offs by co’s like American Homes 4 Rent & others… I, like Ninja, have said that I feel a RE crash coming for 2yrs now … I think it’s almost here!! 🧐

Sad corporations are getting involved delaying the price drop. They are also the reason for the huge increase. I honestly don’t know if they will ever drop anything like 08 with all the inflation going on
Happened to me where a shill try to buy my land. I noticed something off with the buyer and found out 4 people were "living" at the same 950 sq ft shack (nobody could possibly live there) and they were all unrelated. Turns out they are buyers for a corporate investor. I canceled the contract through a loophole and then sold it to a first responder family. Be careful who you sell to!!!!
