It seems the design of the kit might very well be a custom kit, as there is no aftermarket following for cars like these, except for pimp my ride style kits from the very early 2000's, and majority of those look nothing like this, rather more exaggerated in details that serve no function. All it takes to make a kit like this are cardboard pieces to tape on the old parts (to make it look like this), then create a mold over the pieces, then use fiberglass and a silicon type liquid to spread over the piece you're trying to make (make 3 layers) and let it dry. Finally, create the holes so you may mount them, and paint them. Either all that, or take the parts from other cars and custom fit them in.
And if it’s changeable what year is this a 2002 for sure ? Because that’s something I wanted to do is change the tail lights
