Me too facing the same issue in iPhone 6s. Siri doesn’t talk back.Couldn’t set up hey Siri. When I press continue everything just freezes and I need to restart settings app.

Am try to activate it but not working does it select voice tones
I use “Hey, Siri” all the time, it saved my life 3 years ago , I found out I’m allergic to bee stings the hard way

No need to get anything replaced. You can get it factory unlocked
My Siri I have to plug it in the charger and say "hey Siri" for it to work!
