I'm so afraid to fly, never been on a plane. I'm 34 years old and I would LOVE to go out west and see that side of the country but I've just always ruled it out. This video opened my eyes to the possibility of actually heading out there soon!! I'm glad I found your channel again and I'm here to stay. I hope you do more train trips in the future too it was cool hearing your perspective on seeing new things.
I love that you appreciate things that we take for granted every day. People are so vapid these days, who would consider a train ride a treat? I do! I used to live to travel by train. And the change in climate - i love that you appreciate that!
At "20:05", That is what is called: "DALLAS UNION STATION" Both "AMTRAK, and T.R.E TRAINS (RED, WHITE, AND BLUE like the Texas flag) TRINITY RAILWAY EXPRESS" both share that station there, and at "22:25" the "FORT WORTHLESS CENTRAL STATION (Originally known as I.T.C: INTERMODAL TRANPORTATION CENTER)". Also at "FORT WORTHLESS CENTRAL STATION" You also have another PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION "TRAIN" called the "TEX-RAIL" which goes from: "FORT WORTHLESS" to the "NORTH SIDE OF D.F.W AIRPORT", Also you have the: "GREYHOUND BUS" as well. At "21:32" "FOSSIL CREEK" Is where I use to go to get away from the "ARROGANT IDIOTS OF FORT WORTHLESS" (e.g): It was "QUIET, PEACEFUL (except for an occasional B.N.S.F, AMTRAK, or T.R.E TRAIN overhead)", Some place I so desperately needed.
I never been on a train before. Seeing the area and the fact that it seems cozy might make me change that sometime in the future. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to see what else you release this month.
You’re missing out, it’s a cool experience and beat the shiet out of Greyhound! (Never use GH to travel!). You get to move around, if your lucky you get a train with an observation deck! They play movies at night in the OD.
I took Amtrak once back in early 2006 from St Louis to Kingman, Arizona, plus a commuter van to Las Vegas. It was an interesting trip to say the least. We hit an SUV before the first stop which delayed us an hour. The 4 hr layover in Kansas City ended up being a "walk off one train, get on the other train, and we're 30 minutes late waiting for you guys" situation. When we got to New Mexico, a gal had met a guy who gave her drugs and alcohol and she had to get her stomach pumped. On the ride back, there were young Amish folks using a cellphone and a handheld video game (rumspringa?) and an older Amish fella dancing to some folk music two blind guys were playing on guitar (John Prine, Johnny Cash, and other stuff). There was a German couple dressed like they came from a Judas Priest concert that was entertaining to talk to, and a musician from the 60s. The drop-off at Kingman Arizona was different...walked 3 blocks at 3am to get onto commuter vans to go to places like Reno, Las Vegas, and the like. On the way back, the glass ceiling car was amazing when traveling through the rock formations in Arizona and New Mexico. I bought a hematite necklace from a native American at the Albuquerque station during a short layover. Overall, it was long but entertaining.
Hi Buddy. Glad yer on the go, I'm going sqid fishing after dark tonight, first time in my 64 years, the boys tell me that they are in heavy at a Nova Scotia harbour, apparently they are tasty, so I'll find out I guess, have a great run to Texas, love to see you enjoying life my boy.
So cool to see what it’s like to take a train. I’ve always wanted to try it. I’m glad that you are seeing some of the country and I’m glad to see you smile man. Have a good one.
Perhaps the Ghost of, "Tom The Turkey, opening the door. Hope your feeling better, your videos help a lot of people that my be going through tuff times themselves. ❤ I deal with anxiety and panic attacks myself.
It was probably your guardian angel that came through your door to let you know he’s protecting you. Just say a little prayer and ask him not to surprise you like that next time. 😊👼🏼👼🏼☺️🌻👼🏼🌟
so im curious, did you actually stay in the destination you went to for a while or just head straight back for ride experience? Reviewbrah did a similar video and i really enjoy the Asmr vibe
The door……. Play Christian music, “they” don’t like it and they’ll leave but may go to another room. Leave a window cracked so they can leave for good.
I haven’t seen your videos for a while. Really do like them. You are so open, honest and down to earth. Keep up the good work. 😊👍🏻

I’m really enjoying your Amtrak travel video! I hope you do more like this. You do a great job explaining things and showing us your space. 😊❤🌞🌵🌞
