      @JulioLeonFandinho 7 лет назад +4

I don't find that statement any wise... can you explain the meaning of "reunify with our divine self"? How is our self split? What does it mean that our self is divine? What's the exact meaning of "divine"? Can you prove even if our self exists? And I'm saying that because some antropological facts like Do Kamo, wich proves that can be people with no self at all...

Of course you can't explain it, nobody can... and I'm sorry, but I find faith indecent if you're trying to communicate something. I don't believe in you simply because what you're saying is merely said. You have to explain it with a base in some prove, If not you're no more than a sophist

Genesis has been within my consciousness since 1979 when I first heard Throbbing Gristle perform live, 'See You Are' on May 19th - my birthday. Fascinated by these artists who were so unique, so creative, so individualistic, I began my forty three year admiration for everything TG did regardless of liking it or not liking it. Art comes in many forms to be sure, Throbbing Gristle and their extended output is proof of that easily. But nobody created a work of art from the deepest part of each other and the love shared for each other, so overpowering to become each other, as these two did. The ultimate compliment and the ultimate work!

Creation of entities is a higher dimensional 'blending' of consciousnesses facilitated by relenquishing the will to a substrate of potentiation directed by forces that specialize in the 'alchemical process'.
One must be able to 'channel' or 'incarnate' as other entities in order for the process to work properly. Submission of the ego to the 'back seat' is an essential part of the process by which one's own consciousness becomes the observer and the will of another entity takes over.
As your individual consciousness observes the examples set by the acting entity, a new subset of conscious elements is formulated which can later be evoked for a purpose or purposes appropriate for different situations.

After coming across this interview, some of the things GPO said led me to think… Something I rarely do and don't particularly enjoy.
I have always wondered what the first organism was that replicated itself and why. I really mean this, why? What purpose does it, or did it serve for that organism to do so, and was it even aware of it entering into the process? Maybe I've not read enough, but I don't recall ever hearing anyone ask that question. As if reproduction is something to take for granted, because it is so fundamental to our very existence, as well as all living organisms. It eventually became just one more aspect of life that we take for granted. So much so, that everything involved leading up to the process has become compartmentalized, and as such has never occurred to us whether we ever had any real choice in the matter. And yet, despite all this, here we are. Still wondering what was the first organism to do so, and why did it occur in the first place? I must assume that it did not require two genders or even a partner to initiate the process. Most likely, it was self-replicating. One thought that occurs from time to time is that perhaps there were many millions of single celled organisms coming and going in and out of existence, none of which or very few of them randomly replicating. Maybe they weren't capable, or their attempts at it failed (which begs the question as to what prompted the organism to even try?). I have to assume that the process was nothing more than the result of a random occurrence - many random occurrences spread out along a very long period of time. And then at some point one random occurrence succeeded, and its copies survived to do the same.
Throughout the millennia, perhaps there were occasional instances of replicating organisms, but for various reasons there were failures. As everyone knows, it is one thing to reproduce, but a completely different thing to survive as Life is a harsh bitch, and she gives no love just because you exist. So it is probably very likely that whatever came of the reproduction or split, didn't often have a chance to survive long enough to do the same. Or perhaps it was so random an occurrence, that just because one organism replicated itself did not mean its progeny could or were triggered into doing the same. Until at one point in time, there was an organism that replicated, and by sheer dumb luck its offspring did so as well and with even more sheer dumb luck succeeded at surviving and replicating too. Not to say there may have been many other failures afterward, leaving the whole damn random mess to have to begin again. But it doesn't matter because we are here, along with so many other living creatures. So, at some point in time the aftermath of reproduction must have been so great as to overcome the point of any failures as they occurred, whether by the offsprings flaws, or by outside circumstances.
That is a very Darwinesque way of thinking about it. Which leads me to conclude that reproduction is the result of nothing more than random occurrence - sheer dumb luck. Meaning, it was no more than the random occurrence of the rock upon which we (sit, stand, walk, or shit) upon forming into a ball long enough to develop into a petri dish of properties conducive to the process of f**king eventually becoming a thing.
    Fancy that!
All this randomness and evolution, leading us to where and who are now. Just a bunch of smelly meat bags with arms, legs, brains, and hands with opposable thumbs, all existing for no other reasons but to satisfy the innate need to breed. But think about it. The whole mess was all dependent upon nothing more than the male member having this uncontrollable need for some pleasurable satisfaction based on friction and finding its itch satisfied within the warm, moist birthing canal of the opposite sex! Well, not always, but that's another subject all together. In other words, the instinct to reproduce having no other reason to exist than that was not a part of the cognitive process at all! It was all about scratching the itch of pleasure!
Therefore, all the emotions, the feelings of love, union, oneness, largely based on some form of physical and/or emotional attraction, etc., were and are nothing more than bio-neural occurrences meant solely to lure us into coitus, with the act of procreation hardly a consideration. Remember, just as every other walky-crawly creatures upon the planet, for many tens of thousands of years, the intellectual relationship between coitus and reproduction just didn't exist. Oh, sure assumptions were made at some point that somehow, when one and one came together, it soon made three - fuzzy math and all. Thus, the selection of mates based on attractiveness and the perceived capacity to support, protect, and aid in the care of the brood as well as the baby maker is nothing more than the result of millennia of learned behavior that had gone on to deeply implant itself into the deepest recesses of our brains. Long before the more intellectual brain meat pieces had developed, these relationships were embedding and etching themselves upon our lizard brains, thus becoming what we consider an instinct. The same way, it occurred with every other living creature in existence still managing to survive and reproduce successfully to carry on its species.
So, everything we do to make ourselves attractive, the haircuts, the cologne, the clothes, the primping and pampering, the working out to build big muscles to attract the other sex. All of it is nothing more than to provide the lizard brain of the baby maker with the eggs what it needs to assure itself that you are a healthy, successful, well-adapted specimen of the opposite sex. And just like the plumes of a peacock, all this outward appearance is nothing more than tools to demonstrate that you are worthy enough to allow penetration of your thingy into her thingy, so your sperm can have a chance at impregnating the egg within her belly thus allowing you to satisfy that insatiable itch!
And to think, that today, billion dollar markets exist and depend upon this itch!
But in the end, other than that, does it really have any purpose? It all appears to be nothing more than happenstance… a result of a rather chaotic and random occurrence, which may or may not have occurred-ever. Yet, due to the sheer magnitude of the numbers involved, it was bound to happen. So what does that little piece of information mean in the greater puss-filled scheme of things? That it was nothing more than an inevitability based upon possibility and probability? Or that, if left to its own devices at some point down the line, millennia upon millennia, some random slurry of proteins would eventually come together to form a simple blob of life. And with a lot more millennia(s), and a lot more randomness, eventually that blob would be triggered into splitting itself apart, thus creating some more of itself - a mini me of sorts. Only a whoooooole lot smaller and a whoooooole lot slimier.
    Who the f**k knows!
In any case, procreation became a thing. A new norm amongst the slimy protein blobs who must have had itches of their own prompting them into splitting themselves apart, in all that mess… Not at all unlike the process we go through today when you think about it.
The situation did eventually evolve, albeit millions and millions of years later, into what we have now… a slurry of horny young men doing all they can to capture, convince, and bed the lady of their attention just to spend five minutes in total ecstasy (at least for him) where his thingy gets into her thingy and eventually causes her to divide and split into two.
    … or something like that.

Saw them Saturday night in Boston. First time they'd been there in 26 years, third in almost 35 years. Happened to be the night of Gen's first granddaughter's birthday and he sang "Just Drifting" for her like he did for the daughter he wrote it for (who had the baby). The show was pretty tame for PTV, but still enjoyable nonetheless. Glad to be there. I also caught his drummer's drumstick. :P

This man is a type of Messiah .The panegyne feels trapped in a body . limitations . Amazing how deep these people are yet when u come to the media it all is translated as sensationalist when its about the enemies of freedom of Thought . Conformity is always the subtext of culture:that must be fought! I believe TG ,Genesis and all their history and projects really stems from the authentic ,the real ! Its not for shock but it does shock. It's funny howat the end he is making this voice and piano soft music .Not a surpriseeverything comes full circle . Wisdom, new ideas are how we grow !

Genesis is brilliant, obviously. This is strange though, I watched this with my dog. Who has never given a fuck about laptops before. But when S/he started talking my dog leaned in really close and watched intently and started sniffing the screen and pawing at Genesis's face and the keyboard.Broke the "G" key off. Maybe theres a little Jaye in her...

    Ahead of her time . . .
See the documentary on their life to see more of this intense connective ness…at a time in which they were both alive . . .
I saw Genesis at the movie theater before that documentary. She spoke only briefly. After the movie she gave a live performance at another venue. I listened outside, as the capacity had been (more than!) reached.
The world requires dissidents and mavericks. R.I.P. Genesis and…..
