Tears of joy and sadness for these veterans. Horses have saved me too. I have survived a life of mental abuse growing up and major anxiety and depression as an adult. I am blessed to have horses in my life as they are my reason for living . If you listen they will teach you everything about finding peace within yourself.
This is awesome...at the barn i board my horse most of us there do ride but most of us use the barn as an area that we can get horse love, take mental health breaks from the work we do, or just go there to let our emotions out...some of us groom the horses there sometimes for hrs just talking away or in complete silence..but we always leave feeling better, some how fulfilled for the moment :)

Horses are natural healers. They cause you to slow down and breathe. What a perfect blessing for stressed/injured veteran. 💜😷
