Hi mick, hope you’re keeping well, wow those flasks look super nice, 37 sounds lovely too, I seen those green coaches, yellow doors in Cheltenham model shop details awesome, take care mr 🎉🎉🎉
Hi Mark. We are both fine thanks and we are now getting back to normal after all the work that's been done. Hope things are good with you and family also. Yes you can't beat a 37. I'm waiting for my Accurascale ones to arrive, 3 more for the fleet. Take care and by the way how is your O Gauge layout doing. Mick
@@michaelsmith-hn1cn Glad you’re both well, yes I’ve seen pictures of there new 37 and sure it will be amazing, do miss modeling OO but loving the O gauge, layout is good come to a stand still at present but building lots of buildings and just finishing a TEA tank too
Hi Michael, I agree with you the Accurascale nuclear ones are a lot better than the Bachmann for details haven’t run mine yet got those hornby couches as well nice 👍 for £18 each seen you had a few siphon G wagons parked up I’ve got four really nice smooth running ones when are you going to show your extension!!! Cheers Al
It's interesting that you broke the coupling. I found that the Accurascale couplings are very tight in the pocket. So much so that I thought I was going to break the coupling. Hornby couplings are a nicer fit.
Hi Mick, thanks for sharing the update with us all. There seems to be a lot of video interference on this episode, horizontal lines across the screen which shimmer. I'm wondering whether it's your new lighting affecting the camera recording. Sometimes the wavelength of the LED lights can affect video. It's on the running scenes. It seems to start 11.20 into the episode. Regards Julian.
Hi Julian. Yes I agree when I saw the video I thought the same I think it might be the light I hold in this area, will look in to it. Sorry for ruining a good video, I expect more negative comments on this. Thanks for watching and the comment. Take care. Mick
@@michaelsmith-hn1cn Hi Mick, it was not meant to sound like a negative comment, only an informative one, in case you had not be aware. I and others always appreciate your excellent channel and videos. Keep them coming please...Regards Julian
@@theeventhorizon-valebridge9512 Hi Julian. what you said was fine, that's why I like viewers to comment. The flicker is off putting I must admit when I have viewed it. I will make sure it won't have it on future video's. Thanks again. Mick
Hi Mick, great video content, those Hornby departmental coaches are a serious bargain, can't believe people are selling them for double that money, the Bachmann flask wagons are quite old now and lack detail in so many areas, the thing is that Accurascale will sell out thus leaving modellers with no choice but the Bachmann offering or the new Revolution trains offering that should be out but hasn't yet. That NMT Mk3 coach is it R4988 or R4989? Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching and the comment. I will look at Revolution trains, did not know they were producing these as well. The Hornby coach is R4989. All the best. Mick
Mick. I would be interested in seeing how you get on with sending the controller back to Gaugemasters. My hands free one lasted about 2 months because the batteries leaked so I also need to send it back to them.
Hi. Marin. I have sent parts of my system back to Gaugemaster 3 times since I purchased it. pack it up in it's box and put a note inside explaining the problem. It will cost you to send it. They have a life time warranty, they will fix it and send it back free. Mick
Hi, got mine yesterday, not happy with Accurascale! One of the wagons had a part missing underneath and a bent bar, I had no lighting wand, someone had checked the kit with their eyes closed, this has cheesed me off! You spend £75 on the wagons and once the batteries are fitted there is no way of making it work, if the issues aren’t sorted I will send the kit back and get a refund.
Sorry to hear the problems with your flask wagons. I had no problems except me breaking the Nem coupling which they will send me the part at some time. You certainly require the wand and if you can't get the missing part send it back. Hope all goes well .Mick
Awesome Models and Layout you’ve got there. Liked & Subscribed👍🏻
Thanks Donni for your comment and your sub. Much appreciated. Take care. Mick
Mick, your layout is the most realistic I’ve ever seen
Thank you very much for saying so, much appreciated. Take care. Mick.
Also like the 37s sounds you fitted cheers Al
Thanks for that. Digitrains sound using Double Iphone speaker. All the best. mick
