Incredible review, this is exactly the sort of video we look for to help us make our travel decisions. We'll be staying in May in family selection, can't wait to see your videos on the restaurants and the loft suite!
Thanks a bunch, Cassandra that's very kind. I'm glad our video helped with your decision. They better give us a discount in the future LOL. But definitely check our resort playlist. We love to document our family travels but one of the reasons we post as well is to help people plan their trips. We also look to youtube to research everything and it's annoying when people don't actually review a place and give us feedback. They give you the dessert but no main course. So we do go pretty in-depth on our videos when reviewing locations. Keep us posted on your trip. It was a little quiet when we were there in October because of COVID so I'm curious how May will look. Happy Travels.

Yes it depends on where you stay. By going family select which I recommend to anyone you get access to all of it. Adults get access to the Royal sweets but not kids. But if you have a family it’s worth upgrading to Family Select. Thanks for watching. We have multiple videos on Mexico you can check out too.
Hey! Amazing video. I have one question, because I'm thinking about booking this hotel. How far is it from main pool to the beach? Is it more than 15 minutes by foot?
That’s a great question. I would guess 15min depending on how fast you walk. However there was multiple times that one of the guys on carts were driving by and picked us up. Keep in mind if you stay in Family Select there is a long pool right there close to the beach. Thanks for watching!
Do you recommend this Grand Palladium or the one in Riviera Maya? I can't decide where to host my wedding next year in April. I want something romantic, but still have fun stuff for kids and adults. I don't know which one to choose. It IS concerning to me that the Grand Palladium Colonial in Riviera Maya seems to have very old videos? Like no one goes there? Not sure.
Hey Laura thanks for watching our video. In case you haven’t watched our other Grand Palladium videos we have footage from both locations. I recommend checking all of them out. Yes the Riviera Maya location which includes Colonial and White Sands is older but Colonial has been updated just about a year ago due to a fire. Costa Mujeres location in Cancun is newer as you can see from the videos. Both are great in their own way. Costa Mujeres has less of a footprint than Playa Grand Palladium. Some people like that due to less walking travel between restaurants or lobbies. However if you want that jungle Mexico feel then Playa Del Carmen is your best choice. They built it in the jungle and tried to preserve the forest. Also if you or your family plan on doing any excursions like chichen itza or Tulum than Playa del Carmen will be your best bet. It’s closer to the attractions than Cancun. However when you land at Cancun airport you can get to Costa Mujeres much faster than the Playa location. My brother goes every year to Playa Del Carmen but he and his wife got married at the Cancun location Costa Mujeres. The wedding went great and everyone liked the location. So either way you will not go wrong. It just depends on those factors that are important to everyone in your party. Hope this helps.
Rollerblades maybe but a longboard might be tricky. Some of the paths can be tight especially when the golf cart is driving around. Thanks for watching our video. Don’t forget to subscribe. We appreciate it!

Hi Debby! Congratulations on your daughter’s wedding coming up. I know reviews can be mixed. Some people have a preconceived idea of how things are supposed to taste but don’t realize that in Mexico they are trying their best to make a dish that will appeal to people all over the world. With that being said it’s really hard to find bad food there in our opinion. My brother just got married there last October and they did a great job. We also went to Isla Mujeres while there and the weather was awesome (that video will come out shortly) It barely rained at all and I’m happy we went there. @@GrahamsonaRoadTrip thank you!!
Absolutely
When did you go? I’m going 1st October 2021 and I’m worried about the weather?
+Kenzie _x we actually arrived on October 9th and was there until the 17th. The weather was perfect. If you check out our videos you can see how great the weather was. We also went to Isla Mujeres while there and the weather was awesome (that video will come out shortly) It barely rained at all and I’m happy we went there. However, keep in mind that is the rainy season. Hurricane Delta hit right before we arrived. So the weather is volatile at that time of the year.
@@GrahamsonaRoadTrip perfect thank you! I’ll keep an eye out!
What month the video was taken ?
