What a pain getting that screen apart. Great job with the jumpers, not an easy task. Impressive repair! Hope you get rid of that cold - mine ended up being covid 😱 got tested after 2 weeks, just seemed like it wouldn't go away, it did after a few weeks. I was vaxed. Thanks for the video.
I have IPad A2197 same the same problem with backlight, and I used the same method to test the filters voltage and whne screen pliged in gave me 16 volt and then came down to 4 volt, so this means the it is backlight problem, so what you suggest should i chnage LCD. As based on your findings rest of the board is fine. Nice work and alot of learning 👍 thanks.
