I’m going through something like this. It’s 2021, I’m dating a cool white guy with the most beautiful blue eyes I’ve ever seen, we love each other however he and I comes from a family that are still very old school and still want to maintain segregation with races. I was born in 1993 and he 1995. We do not understand nor ever experienced segregation when it comes to races to religion however our dumbass ignorant parents still cling onto this lifestyle that is basically dead. Now he’s alienated himself from me to keep peace with his dad. And it’s truly heartbreaking. I wish nothing but peace on earth for everyone especially between him and I.
gotta start with a base tan... my sister told me that... i'm a mutt of scottish, french, irish, and swedish blood. i think at this point i reflect light better than a mirror.
If you notice the actor playing Alex’s father is doing a blatant impression of Matthew Perry. The speech, the mannerisms. He looks like he’s been working off performances from “friends” “Listen to the man Alex. He has a point” is a perfect copy of Matt Perry. 🤣🤣🤣 that’s funny!
This movie would never be produced like this in 2020. Too many people would be triggered and there's no way they'd let the white guy get any good zings in like this. It's too bad we can no longer laugh with each other about our unique differences like this anymore. Anyone remembering Dave Chappelle back in the 2000's knows that was the last-time we were allowed to share this humor without someone getting offended.
Bc todays modern culture is beyond soft. The current generation is coddled beyond belief, they have a rude awakening waiting for them in a few years once society wakes up and moves on from catoring to them.
They tried to do this same scenario in 2023 with that 'You People' movie, even with Eddie Murphy, Julia Louis Dreyfuss and other current actors, it failed miserably Because it was written to please modern audiences; who in turn are beyond sensitive and do not actually laugh at anything that is ironic or culturally appeasing. Real humor is absolute truth...writing jokes to tip toe around cultural differences so as not to offend one more than the other is just not funny.
Because, like in all things with a child, it needs guidance. Let it experience religion. When the child becomes an adult, it can decide what it wants to do then. Are you one of those people who also say let the child decide it's own gender?
@@paulyont3092 No. I was just asking because you said the parents should let their child decide what religion to follow. The only people I know who want to give children that much freedom are the same people who say the children should decide their gender, which is ridiculous. If a child is raised in a practicing Jewish household, the child becomes Jewish. If they are Christian, they become Christian. If they are Mormon, they become Mormon. A child is too young to make those decisions on their own so the parents make those decisions for them just like they make many other decisions.
If y'all know this look in the background you see Lake Mead that is full to the brim back in the 90s today you see what's called a bathtub which you're not supposed to see it's half the size of what it was in this movie and it's only 20 years damn. Matthew looks a lot like his father.
