I think it's the first time I see a concert filmed from the audience completely. Amazing Axl night, he was a music god. I saw them live in Buenos Aires in 93, the last concert, I was 12.
You were lucky i never got to see them live then i had a chance to see them now but i said no their not the same as they were here they were the best rock n roll band to come along in a very long time

I was at this show. I kept dialing the 800 number for TicketMaster on a rotary phone, getting a busy signal until I found out the show sold out in about 30 minutes. Got scalped tickets through the newspaper classifieds for $50 each for the absolute last row im the Coliseum. Had the roof blocking my view of the big screen and a family smoking something in front of us. Axl came on over 2 hours late and we had no idea everyone was cheering during the intermission because the roadies were zooming in on women flashing. Our parents waited for a few hours across the street. I honestly have no idea how we coordinated pickup without cell phones. Still an awesome concert. The UYI albums hadn't dropped, and this was our first time hearing most of these songs.
I swear, Axl Rose was a living DEMON back in the day. Love that he's still rocking and stable but in the early 90s, kids? Check out this force of nature. I've seen the official concert videos lots of times but a bootleg like this is an UNCUT GEM.
Honestly, I prefer a 1000 times how it was back in the day. Every show, not only from GNR, but many other bands was a freaking battle. You would be there to be part of the show and really enjoy it. Now, well, people is so nice now and everyone wants to take a souvenir with their smartphones, Every single concert is like watching cold play and Taylor swift at the same time.
"Not In This Lifetime" was the most fitting name for their reunion tour. I was only 15 in 1995 and living in a country where they never performed so I was heartbroken when they broke up as I thought I would never see them live. Since they reunited, I saw them live 3X so never say never :) My dream since forever has been to step into a Time Machine and watch every single concert of the original lineup.

I was at this concert. Axl talking before Patience about throwing a beer bottle i will always remember, and this was 3 months before UYI came out, so hearing the so called new stuff was amazing
Thank you!!!! I can now throw away my VHS of this I bought back in the late 90’s! Great early show of the UYI tour before all hell broke loose about two weeks later. This audience watched over half a show of songs they never heard before….those were the days! One of the last great rock bands in their peak. This ENTIRE tour was professionally filmed and deserves to be released. I know millions of us would buy some of these shows from 91-93. Again, thank you for this!!!

So crazy to think nowadays it’s so simple to film a show on your phone and security won’t say shit. Although a few years ago security came up to me at a Chili concert and told me I was taking too many pictures. I was like gtfo of here lol

I am so glad I got to see Guns on their first tour at Giants stadium when they opened for deep purple who sucked and Aerosmith. The coolest part was that Guns filmed part of the paradise city video there. At the 9:00 mark gotta love when Alex knocked off that piece he had his foot on. The blonde chick seemed to love it lol Wish I had seen them on this tour. Concerts kicked ass back in the 80s and 90s
This is great! Thank you! I went to this tour in las vegas at the thomas and mack center. I think Soundgarden opened. We were at the side of the stage as well but lower. Memorable moment was Axl falling while running. The show was mind blowing.
I saw them January 1992. Opened with Perfect Crime. I was in 7th grade and they went on 2.5 hours late. Still had an awesome time. got to see Soundgarden open for them

They were dangerous on and off the stage , 100% Authentic. I was 14 , saw them at the old Summit in Houston . A very unknown band called Soundgarden opened up promptly at 845 . Guns wouldn’t show up until about 11 , but they would proceed to kill it for 2 hours , unbelievable. Saw them later that same year , with Faith No More and Metallica at the Astrodome , and it seemed like the end was already nearing .

I remember Skid Row doing a normal length set. We just sat around waiting for over 2 hours between sets. They work zooming the camera in on women getting them to flash. I had no idea what was happening until I saw them at Giants stadium, because I was in the last row and could see the video screen.

Some could point to his self absorbed personality at this point or the reason for it. Non the less I miss those days and the unpredictable nature of how things were before it all became cliche. Saw this concert in Toronto, Canada at the old CNE Stadium, likely within a week or two of this show. Thank you to the poster. A couple of things were annoying.. Practice zooming and panning before a concert! A baseball game would help with the basics of camera use. Slash is the driving force behind GnR, then and now, but your camera couldn't seem to find him.
Are you for real? Cameras were, one, huge back then. And two, illegal. This guy who filmed this risked not even getting IN to the show had he got caught at security. Let alone filming the entire show while security roamed around keeping an eye out for things like this. Settle down and thank the guy.

I wouldn't call Soundgarden unknown. They had already released three albums by then. They certainly hadn't exploded in 1991.

Saw this concert in Toronto, Canada at the old CNE Stadium, likely within a week or two of this show. Thank you to the poster.
A couple of things were annoying..
Practice zooming and panning before a concert! A baseball game would help with the basics of camera use.
Slash is the driving force behind GnR, then and now, but your camera couldn't seem to find him.
Cameras weren't allowed in these shows, so this would be a small hidden camera. Maybe like a palm camera and those aren't easy to use
Are you for real? Cameras were, one, huge back then. And two, illegal. This guy who filmed this risked not even getting IN to the show had he got caught at security. Let alone filming the entire show while security roamed around keeping an eye out for things like this. Settle down and thank the guy.
