Sana active pa po kayo huhu. Pag yung lot po is ba is below 1 hectare, or to be exact 3000sqm lang siya... Required pa po bang sundan yung RROW ng pd957? (10m & 8m width?) or okay lang mag 6m road width & Yung dimensions po ba ng Cul-de-sac, Branch, at T, kailangan sundan or pwedeng liitan? Kasi malayong mas maliit cul de sac ng international standards kesa sa figures ng PD957
3k sq.m masyadong maliit po sya for complex subd. May separate ruling po ang bldg. Code na pwede nyong sundan. Ang BP 220 at PD 957 is more specifically on complex residential project. Kaya hindi tamang gawing guidelines for 3k or small size lot
Hi Tukayong Alex, Per BP 220, 5has and below is not required to have a collector road. However, if your Subd. Project has an area of more than 5has to 10has that is the time you need to provide collector road of 8meters.
Sir sa mga Road Widths ....ano po ung specific size nun kasama na ba ung planters sidewalks & also the drainage sa size na yan? o ung Carriageway lng mismo ung 10mtrs. pra sa major road?
Hi Pao, you can get the size of those areas by polyline command then list. From that cad will provide to the area in sq.m. You can watch my other cad vlog to further understand what i mean. Thank you...
Hi Eric, you need to also consider the guidelines per BP 220 about appropriate house component. May guide naman si BP 220 about house features like setback, bldg. Ht. Door, etc.
Hi Martin, Kung may Subd. Project ka ako nalang kunin mong architect. 😆... Kung sa manila ka lang turuan kita Kung panu mag design Ng residential Subd.
